The worst ever customer service!
They sent me a defective product with one warrantee, but it only worked 5 months. they are not responsible for defective products for a replacement /exchange or return whiten the one year manufacturer's warrantee. Will Never Come Back to this poor online retailer!

I placed an order online with Cookstore.ca for Victorinox kitchen knives. It’s been over a year since I placed an order patiently awaiting understanding pandemic times and difficulties. Well today January 29 2023 there is no internet access and Cookstore doesn’t seem to exist.

Previously ordered from this site without problems. This time they took over $400 3 months ago and never sent the merchandise.

Ordered an expensive coffee maker back in Oct of 2022. I was charged but never received a shipping confirmation from them. I emailed about a month later in Nov. and they responded saying the are awaiting a shipment and would let me know once it was shipped to me. I contacted them again using the same email in Jan. 2023, with no response. I then noticed their website was down and that’s when I saw all the other people who had also experienced the same. I sent a claim through PayPal (I’m thankful I paid that way.) And after waiting approximately 2 weeks, they have issued me a refund. I hope others get their money back too.

Similar to everyone, I made a purchase in October of 2022. Item never received. I had emailed them for updates and they had advised the item was on backorder. Checking in today I noticed the website no longer exists. Only recourse is to work with my credit card issuer to see if the transaction can be reversed.

Like hundreds of others I have been defrauded by this “company”. I ordered an item back in October 2022. Corresponded through email when things were taking a while in November. Tried after the holidays in beginning of January. Emails undeliverable and website now down. Called the credit card company, and will eventually get refunded after a small process has ensued. Needless to say, they are no longer an active company so my warning to never purchase from this vendor is moot now.

I paid for a Woll Diamond Lite Pro 9.5" Fry Pan using the quick checkout feature. A few days later I noticed that I hadn't received an order confirmation e-mail. My credit card had been charged, but that the charge did not include any sales tax, which seemed suspicious. Cookstore did not respond to my follow-up e-mail.

I reported the fraudulent transaction to my credit card provider after the 30 day waiting period and received a full refund of the purchase.

Ordered three products Oct 25, 2022 and filed refund requests Jan 20 2023. (Paypal) never heard from company

I placed my order for ZAVOR Air Fryer on Dec. 4, 2022. The confirmation email arrived with the note "Hi Jolanta, we're getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent."
Since then I haven't heard back from them yet. I called, emailed and never got the reply. Today their website is down and Facebook account disappeared. I am glad that I paid using PayPal as there is hope that I will get my money back.
I'm not sure what happened to this business as in the past they never let me down.

Ordered 6 items in November 2022 and have not received any. After "backorder" excuses it is now impossible to contact the company as their domain is no longer active. At least nobody else can get ripped off because you can't order online any more, unless they pop up with a different internet address.

Hey, this website is obviously a fraud department! Never buy. After some time of sending emails to them for following up an order on November 29, they blocked me!!!!!!. Today is Jan 19

I am in a similar situation as the previous reviewers. I ordered a Staub cocotte almost a year ago and the colour I’ve ordered is still not in stock all these months. I kept inquiring and assured it would come in the next shipment etc and sent to me right away. I should have taken the refund when offered back in October 2022. I have sent multiple emails to customer service in the past week with no reply. Their phone line goes unanswered and displays as “user busy”. Now today the webpage is not coming up I think they may have disappeared with a lot of peoples money after reading these other reviews. I sure hope not! and hope something can be done about this!

Still I did not received my product, nor they pick up Phone or reply my email. This company had made fraud with many people I can see online.
Is there some body who can drag this Fraud making company and refund money to all respective person

Like so many others on this site, I too never received my order nor did I receive responses to my emails.

I placed my order to cook store.ca on Nov. 28, 2022 and to date, Jan.16, 2023,I have not received my merchandise.I have had no communication from them although I tried emailing them and phoning them.

TL;DR: They ripped me of $100+. Do yourself a huge favor: forget about the savings you think you’re going to make and buy somewhere else.

So in July, I was in the market for a couple of Swiss Army knives to add to my collection.
I looked online and CookStore had them cheaper than everywhere else I could find by about $10 per knife, so $20 total.
Delivery estimate was 2 weeks. Since I was in no rush, I placed my order on JULY 28 2022!!!!
My mistake: I didn’t bother to research the company and read some reviews!
So delivery stated on their website was 2 weeks.
About a month later, nothing had shipped, so I inquired about the status.
I was told that due to supply chain issue, shipment had been delayed and it would take another 2 to 3 weeks.
I was OK with waiting a little longer so it was fine.
Another month goes by, no shipment, so I inquire again and get the same answer.
It had now been 2 month to receive something that should have shipped in 2 weeks.
Those are Swiss Army knives, they are literally available EVERYWHERE! Yet, CookStore cannot get them even though their delivery date on their website shows (still up to today) 2 weeks.
I continued contacting them once a month and every time got this ridiculous same excuse.
On January 2023 (so almost 6 months later), I finally had enough and bought the knives somewhere else.
I contacted CookStore and requested my very well justified refund.
I got ignored.
I contacted them a 2nd time 2 days later.

I contacted them a final time 2 days later explaining that this was my last attempt in trying to contact them and if I didn’t hear from them or got my refund, that I would contact My Credit Card Company, the Better Business Bureau and leave a review on every website I could find.
They kept on ignoring me, so I did what I said I would.
What I didn’t know since this had never happened to me before is that I only had 120 days to make a claim with my credit card company, and I am way passed that.
So in order to try to save $20, I ended up losing over $100 and have nothing to show for.
It’s too late for me, but I hope this message can prevent others from being ripped off as well.

This company is a complete scam.
They sell stuff that they don’t have.
They put an ETA that they can’t meet (the ETA for those 2 items on their website still shows 2 weeks even though 6 months later they still can’t get them, so they don’t even bother in fixing their situation).
They hold on to your hard earned money for months giving you the run around with nonsense excuses.
When you finally have enough and request a refund, they ignore you and keep your money.

This is definitely the worst company I have ever dealt with. Companies like this should just go bankrupt as obviously they can’t run a business properly, couldn’t care less about customers and they keep your money without ever delivering the goods.
Do yourself a favor; don’t be fooled in thinking that you will be saving money. Whatever you think you will be saving will not be worth the aggravation that you will get and in the end, you will still have to buy your items somewhere else.

Cookstore.ca is a fraudulent website. They take your money but will never actually ship your order. Everything I ordered was "in-stock" and said it would "ship within 2-3 days". It has now been 2 months and I have not received my items or any updates.
Customer Service is no responding to calls or emails.
