We had a an amazing time. It was our favourite experience in Bali. The location beautiful and the food absolutely delicious.

I needed to cancel my attendance in the class, however the money were not refunded back.

Having taken many cooking classes I rate this up there with the best of them. It was a beautiful setting, the set up was easy to see and understand, the staff were extremely friendly and well prepared and the food, of course, was exceptional. A lovely way to spend a day immersing yourself in the food and culture of Hoi An.

It was an amazing experience learning how to cook traditional Thai food. Everyone was very friendly and the instructor was above and beyond :) This was definitely one of the highlights of my trip to Thailand.

a very enjoyable experience with lovely and helpful staff at the school. the premise is very relaxed and authentically Thai without being very formal. the class size was small so the atmosphere was very friendly. the menus was diversed in cooking technique, the dish and difficulty. would suggest to let students do more! I thoroughly enjoyed it and would love to come back!

The class and market tour was fun and informative. Learned new techniques and food ideas. My only issue was that some of the food was not up to what i had hoped to taste and enjoy.

Some communication was spotty. May have been due to phone operation in Mexico .
Everything did fall into place and the experience was one of the highlights of our trip

This was my first cooking class. I had a very good time with my mom. A part of a happy Bali trip. Thank you very much for being with me with a smile.

From the moment she picked me up at my hotel, I knew it was going to be a fun day of ingredients shopping, cooking, and joking with Trichada. Her warm and sunny personality are a delight, and it became evident at the market that she knows her way around fresh, high quality ingredients, and the people who tend to them.

Trichada's instructional skills are top tier. She patiently walked me through the processes required to create flavorful and attractive Northern Thai dishes; provided context and desired flavor profiles for each one; and shared useful tips on how to improve my novice prep and presentation skills.

Finally, her gorgeous home and spacious, spotlessly clean, covered outdoor cooking / dining space are a delight to work and eat in. They provide an intimate learning environment and a welcome respite from the heat of the day.

I thoroughly enjoyed my private class and shopping experience with Trichada, and will definitely sign up for more of them when I return to Chiang Mai. She's a terrific teacher and a delightful to spend time with!

We loved our cooking class, and using Cookly to book it was a piece of cake.
