We bought a Kitchen from Controlled Interiors 10 years ago and the integrated Freezer recently failed and also part of the down lighter system. Although the freezer company (Bosch) claimed the new freezer was the replacement model, significant modification was needed to the housing. Both problems were not only corrected but done in a way that there was no sign that they had been replaced even though neither were straightforward.
Excellent customer service and a shout out to Mathew who did a superb job and really cared to make sure everything was just right.

From start to finish the entire team made the process completely stress-free. Guy had fantastic ideas for the design and overall look of our new kitchen and the end result has given us so much more usable space that before. Every tradesperson arrived on time , was polite and professional, and always left the kitchen clean and tidy at the end of the day. The work followed the agreed timetable exactly, which made the whole experience even more reassuring. Our kitchen looks absolutely amazing and we've already received so many compliments from visitor's. We wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend this company.

All the team at Controlled Interiors were great from start to finish. They installed my last kitchen so I preferred to go back to them rather than risk someone unproven. It was nine months from first quote to finishing because the kitchen is finally in the third and best location we had not thought of before - and I love it!

Penny at Controlled Interiors totally brought our vision to life! Our kitchen is a dream and totally exceeded our expectations. From start to finish the whole process was seamless and professional. Every detail, including the most minute, was carefully thought of - from our secret cupboards to our luscious Dekton ! Its all about the 'lines'!!

Controlled Interiors have recently fitted a replacement kitchen in our house. The whole process has been brilliant from start to finish. The project was quite involved, plumbing re-arranged, new fully tiled flooring, plastering, a host of electrical upgrades and provision for new locations for major appliances.
There were a few hiccups along the way, mostly supply issues, but the companies true character shined through, determined to ensure we were happy to the end.

As is typical these days, we spend more time in the kitchen than in any other room, so it has to look good, feel good and function well. Many of the kitchen designers we spoke to were good on 2 out of 3 of these but Controlled Interiors were the only ones to satisfy us fully on all 3; hence, we chose them. The work completed 2-3 weeks ago so we’ve lived with it for a while, and this was absolutely the right decision – in short, we’re delighted.

Guy listened to us closely and came up with plans and designs that suited our preferences and lifestyle. He has a fine design eye, both for aesthetics and for space and how to use it, both where it’s limited and plentiful. But also, when it comes to the critical, and expensive, machinery – hobs, ovens etc – Guy knows his stuff and was invaluable in steering us towards the items that best suit our preferences and lifestyle.

But all that’s just plans: the devil is in the implementation, and Guy knows he’s only as good as the people who do this. Firstly, he has an excellent project manager in Penny, who kept us well informed and the installation running on time and with minimum disruption and impact on the rest of the house. And all the installers, fitters, plumbers, electricians were without exception marvellous: thoughtful, considerate and pleasant to have around. But none of that matters unless they’re excellent craftsmen…and luckily, they’re all diligent, careful, thorough professionals who take pride in delivering quality work.

So I’d unreservedly recommend Controlled Interiors should you want a new kitchen with minimum disruption and maximum end result.

After visiting numerous Kitchen suppliers we just could not find anything that stood out amoungst others untill we visited Controlled interiors at Fareham.
Not only an impressive showroom but from the moment we met Aggie who would be our kitchen manager, we got nothing but the impression that she wanted to share her vast expierience and bring something special to our home and kitchen design. Herself and Penny have done everything possible to give us our dream kitchen to suit our budget and much more, So helpfull thankyou.

The order process has been simple, and the quality of our Leicht Kitchen and bar area is outstanding. State of the art with quality speaking for itself.
The Controlled interiors installers were extremely professional and have done an amazing job , precise on everything, tidy, polite, and concientious ,completely faultless. Well done Lee and the team.

Had a complete kitchen renovation in January, professional service provided from the initial consultation with designer until the final fit. Great communication, organisation, and attention to detail. High end quality products.

A great design (Tim) and installation team (Mathew); full of good ideas and very receptive and flexible to changes on our side; just really nice and professional people to deal with. Both the hanging cupboards and shelving were installed to perfection and both products are of a very high quality.
