I can tell you more when my contact lenses actually arrive, but at the very end a $30+ processing fee was added to the account with a statement that they know it's frustrating, but everyone else is doing it and because they are listing their prices lower and then adding the fee, traffic is down on their web site. It's a terrible practice, but I did see that even with that, their prices are better, if not best.

Google ad price honored only for single box orders!
I saw a Google ad showing a good price on my contact lenses. When I add one box, the price is honored. If I add a second box, the price increases by 50% each box! This doesn't make any sense. It is deceptive and dishonest. This is left as 2 stars and not 1 star because if I place two separate orders for 1 box each, the low price is still honored.

Exactly as advertised
Contact Lenses are a commodity. CLK had the best price and shopping was easy and exactly as advertised: purchase process was smooth, there was no hangup approving my prescription, they shipped immediately with tracking and showed up as expected. I wasn't certain on the business and am glad I trusted the reviews.

I appreciate the lower costs compared to 4 other online companies and my local optometrist's office. I also appreciate that they took time to inform me of the service charges per box before I needed to pay. That gave me a chance to think and compare prices after that charge. It gave me confidence in this company that they would take the time to be upfront. Thank you for not jerking me around.

The Payment form does not make sense
The Payment form does not make sense. If you want me to type all of my information in for every transaction, that is fine, but I couldn't get from the order form to the payment for to do that. Then when you think you have submitted the form, up pops the payment form. Makes no sense because it should have come up earlier. Then, the payment form has dots in it. I cannot just confirm that the information is correct, I have to figure out how to delete that information and put all of the information in again. Also: you have 4 shipping charge options. Don't you just have a plain fee shipping option? It is crazy.

I purchased a box on daily contacts and…
I purchased a box on daily contacts and 1/3rd of the ones I have tried on have been damaged, unwearable and painful. Customer service stated that their policy is to only refund the amount of contacts damaged so far. I find this ridiculous since I have only worn about 28 out of the 90 day supply and I guarantee I will find more damaged lenses in the box. It may be safer for me to discard the box to prevent any future eye injury. Horrible policy, customer service is unable to reason. A new box should be the answer to this not just reaching out to them as I find damaged pairs. Totally lost me as a customer.
