You want me to be honest is what your message says aight. The lack of dignity and respect is unbelievable, who in there right mind would discredit a disabled veteran of this country? Who would accuse the victim of a fraud case of doing just that committing fraud. Defamation of character and so much more and has no consequences even when proven wrong. No apology no nothing just remember I have 1.5 years left don’t think I forgot about you.

Trash.. They don’t help you with anything!!

I called consumer attorneys office on a Saturday afternoon and was promptly called back the same day! I shopped around to try to get a better split of the settlement before agreeing to the terms of representation and nobody else would take my case because the background check error had been corrected. Dawn and Consumer Attorneys gave me confidence that they could recover damages for a mistake that cost me employment. They told me an average dollar range for my kind of case and time frame to expect and they over delivered on everything discussed with excellent communication throughout the process. I will definitely use them and refer them to family friends and strangers! I was not paid to write this and I am an actual client.

They put me through the ringer to provide documentation acting like they were going to take my case. I now receive an email saying they can't take my claim. They falsely advertise and you do not speak to a real lawyer. A scam all day.

Shoutout Moshe @Consumer Attorneys! He was awesome at communication and understanding throughout the whole process. I called Consumer Attorneys to let them know about my case and they in turn took my claim the same day and walked me thru step by step to get my situation handled. I was very happy that they were able to help me with such an important thing in my life. An incorrect background check can make a real issue in a person life and a I’m thankful Moshe was able to fix mines!!

Jenna was so helpful in getting my background cleared of inaccurate information. I was like a fish out of water throughout this process but she made sure to answer all of my questions in a way that I could understand, all without making me feel stupid.

Awful experience! Tried working with "Willow" after speaking with 2 other gentlemen who were no help, but she proceeded to ask for my ssn, and then her tone and her demeanor started to change toward me. I sent her MANY documents to support my case and she was absolutely no help to me. I can only send what websites are willing to show me. I'm going to find someone else that's more worth my time.

Absolute scam. They say they deal with the Retail Equation and do not! They don’t even know what the f it is! It’s right on the site! I sent them the file and everything!

My attorney is McKenzie Czabaj and I am absolutely thrilled with how she has handled my case and that she was able to achieve an outcome that was even better than what I was expecting! I was somewhat reluctant in the beginning to be working with an out-of-state attorney but now I’m so glad that I took the chance and couldn’t e more pleased. I would highly recommend her especially for people with no previous experience dealing with the world of litigations. Dawn McCraw has surpassed all predictions in clearing my name. A background screening company had identified me as a methamphetamine trafficker with a history of crime, which obstructed my employment opportunities. She genuinely salvaged my reputation.

I would like to thank Mr. Baroosan and his team, for winning my case. I consulted with 2 attorneys before contacting him, who didn't think I had a case. He listened to my story. I highly recommend him.

Trash. Supposed to represent consumers, not so much. They go out of their way to make excuses for companies like lyft who steal and exploit their drivers and then suspend their accounts by mistake, and won't refund them when they have to fix Lyft's fuckups for them. They're in the WRONG BUSINESS.
FIND A COMPETENT LAWYER ELSEWHERE.

I would give zero stars if possible. Months ago I thought that this sham of an attorneys office was going to help me with LexisNexis as there page says they do. After much back and forth and sending reports to them as well as my disputing 100+ pages of incorrect information with lexisnexis (which they supply to credit reporting agencies and their own sage stream), these people decide that they won't help me because the information on my report is incorrect personal information that's being reported. Why they advertise that they help with lexisnexis reporting issues is beyond me because they most certainly do not. They are just a scam! That's what Lexisnexis does is report personal information to credit bureaus and of course sage stream which the own. Now sage stream has scores which of course are low (not at all close to my really credit scores)because of the multiple incorrect addresses, phone numbers, names etc and this sham of a company after months of back and forth says we can't or don't want to help even though their page clearly says they handle these matters. My advice to anyone planning on using them is to find someone else!! All they will do is waste your time! All along I thought they were helping me. What a Joke

I most definitely do not take your reply as serious. My file has me living in multiple States multiple addresses multiple names multiple phone numbers multiple email addresses none of which are mine that information is spread over to sage stream from there it spread to the other credit reports which I spent years getting this information off of so you are completely wrong when you're saying that that is valid information on my report it is not. I never received any letter from you I never received a single thing except talking to an assistant that went over everything and even Lexus Nexus said the information over a hundred items were incorrect. So I'm not sure exactly what you look for but now you have personal information of mine that is incorrect and correct because there is some correct information mixed in and you did not help me at all clean up the mess that they made they are reporting this information to credit bureaus and after 5 years of trying to get wrong address is off the three major ones now I found out where they're coming from and yet you refuse to help me do it and they refuse to correct it so you are the worst attorneys I have ever dealt with I do not in any way think you deserve even one star you deserve negative Stars. To anybody reading this do not use them they will lead you on waste your time and not help you at all. My sage stream score is based on information that they have it's funny because they have me as having no education when I do have higher education but that's okay according to you. According to sage stream that gives me a lower score. They have another reason of multiple addresses to you that's not an issue to me it is that lowers my score and the addresses are wrong they're in states that I've never even lived in I can go on and on but I do not accept your explanation at all you are the worst attorneys I have ever dealt with in my life.
