I didnt hire them nor does their services align with my current need- but I called on a Saturday morning & spoke to a gentlemen named BRUNO. He took the time to listen to what my issue was which is more for a Credit Debt defense lawyer Attorneys & not his office but he truly gave me respect patience and care toward my issue- and even resources as to which type of firms can help me- Bruno is the type of Law firm representative (paralegal assistant lawyer whatever he is) who makes me want to refer this/this firm to others and of course save it my self & use them if (their services - which includes but not limited to-Fraud wrong consumer reporting identity issue background check for anything work- lenders- Government reasons etc.) Are applicable to me or my family friends etc. Great conversation- and truly a good listener & helper who represented this firm & their customer service as A+. 5 stars thanks

Great communication and service

The lawyer group in NY said I have a clear case with two illegal reports filed against me by liberty Mutual. Gave them so many letters and emails and participated in a conf call with liberty mutual then they were gone ...then said they won't take case. So disappointing and waste me time. Maybe look around before choosing

The consumer lawyers handle my case with accuracy, professionalism, and concern. First and foremost me not being able to afford a lawyer and their program allowing you to pay only if you win your case which help me out tremendously because I had no money to afford a lawyer. They successfully won my case and all I can say is thank you and hope that you win more cases for other people who need a firm like the consumer lawyers thank you once again and God bless your law firm

From start to finish this process has been beyond incredible as i had a very bad background check that mistakenly came up for a very bad person that wasn't even close to me. This has been a very pleasant journey for me from Irena the managing paralegal to Tatiana the case manager to David Pinkhasov the attorney they made this whole process incredible and very easy as they answered every question when I needed answers responded immediately after every email. I was difficult at times as I've never been thru anything like this but their patience and understanding to my needs and questions were above top level with their commitment to me and case I can't thank them enough for what they have done and the settlement they got for me way more than I thought I was ever going to get I would highly recommend them and I'm very thankful for what they have done for me. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED WITH THEIR HARD WORK AND DEDICATION

Fixed my credit report mistake and now I get to own a home. After multiple attempts to fix it myself, I say - save yourself the hassle and work with these guys!

I sent them information on my Lexi’s Nexis report and they told me that they could not help me because LEXIS-NEXIS had already fixed it I had to Circle the information and show them it still had not been corrected, therefore, I don’t think they even read anything you send them.

My experience with Consumer Attorneys was excellent! They provided top notch service. They kept me up to date throughout the entire process and always answered questions promptly. The outcome of my case was better than I expected! I’m so glad that I contacted them to represent me! I highly recommend them!

AWFUL. I gave them evidence no one else even asked for and they don't do what they advertised. I knew I wasn't going to hire them from the first phone interview.

Do not use them and do not give them any of your information. They wasted my time for MONTHS and then denied my case when I could have worked with another firm during this time. Customer service is abysmal and they took extremely long to review my documents just to tell me to get lost.

Helped guide me to the best options to resolve fraudulent accounts. Great help and communication, as well as clarifying answers. Constantly checked in on the situation and provided helpful steps on what to do.

This law firm has excellent customer service. I was able to call them at any time, including some nights after midnight (that’s when I get off work) and someone always answered the phone or texted me back. I had a medical collections account on my credit report that was wrong and consumer attorneys got it deleted. I’m very satisfied with this law firm and would recommend to anyone. And best of all I did not have to pay a penny.
