If we were to ever need to ship anything again, we would definitely call Conroy Removals. From start to finish, everyone with whom we were in contact was absolutely fantastic.  Such warm, friendly, and professional emails, packing was excellent, delivery men were friendly and kind. We gladly recommend the friendly professionals at Conroy to anyone needing these services; they took the worry and stress right out of the entire process ♥️♥️♥️

Tragically I've moved too many times so I know how vital it is for removalists to get everything right. Conroy are exceptional on every level - customer service, inventory, timeframes. It's all flawless. They have fantastic staff and system and really are customer focused so that level of authenticity and care speaks volumes

Excellent efficient service

I contacted Conroy by online searching. I received helpful, courteous and timely service. I needed to juggled pick up from me and delivery to my daughter in Brisbane. All was achieved without any issues. The people I dealt with were helpful and friendly. It was all done in a timely manner.

I had a good experience in using Conroy Removals - they provided constant updates and were helpful with filling in custom forms, etc. I only had one box moving back from the UK and they made it an easy process!

"Your delivery is prepaid to normal access only. Normal access is to ground or first floor above via 1 set of stairs only (elevators are excluded).

Based on the information provided for your delivery residence, it is outside the normal access terms and is what we class as difficult access.

This incurs a additional fee which is based on the size of your shipment. The additional fee for your size shipment is $150.00."

The above three paragraphs are taken from an email I received prior to my goods being delivered. I live on the top floor of a seven storey unit block. Access is really simple & the two lovely delivery guys had no trouble whatsoever in bringing the six boxes up to my unit via the elevator. When I told them I had to pay an extra $150.00 for the privilege, they were quite frankly astonished. As a result I have only given a three star review as I do not like being ripped off to the tune of $150.00! And that's in addition to the $442.00 I had to pay for the quarantine & customs clearance fees! The rest of the service was quite adequate.

Great company, amazing service and communication start to finish. Arrived on time every time.

Following a long process (caused by us) we were finally able to accept a quotation for our move from Batemans Bay in NSW to Invercargill in NZ.

The whole process flowed through from the initial contact, the pick-up including the final wrapping and packing.

We were then kept updated on departure and arrival in NZ followed by customs and quarantine. Then the expected and final delvery.

All of the Conroy team were very friendly and professional in
their contact with us.

The only team members we met were the guys at pick-up and delivery. All very professional, quick and friendly.

We would not hesitate to recommend Conroys to anyone contemplating an overseas move.

The team that uplifted my furniture on Tuesday also delivered it to me on Thursday. I couldn't be happier with the service. They were careful, efficient and polite. A great experience all round

I was given a timeslot, but the delivery did not arrive, and I got no calls to say that they would be late.
I rang to check on the position and was told that the driver was on route and would call me, but I did not get a call. I waited another hour before I called back - the lady I spoke to called the driver and told me that he would be with me in about 30 minutes, which he was.
The delivery itself was fine, but the communication was terrible, as I really think that the company should let you know if there are delays.
