Booking was easy & contact with the driver was excellent. Arrived ahead of schedule for our pickup and was extremely pleasant during the journey. Would definitely recommend & I'll certainly be using again in the future.

Do not book connecto in Sardinia, they confirmed a booking but never showed up at our accomodation to take us back to the airport. They also did not answer when we tried contacting them.

Our outbound transfer from Rimini Airport to Ravenna Cruise Port was excellent. Our flight was delayed by around 1.5 hours, but the driver was still there waiting for us. He was courteous and professional, and we appreciated his patience so much that we gave him a €70 tip.

Unfortunately, our return transfer was a completely different experience.

Around 24 hours before our scheduled pickup, we were told we would need to pay an additional €28 because the pickup location was supposedly incorrect, despite our booking confirmation clearly stating "Cruise Port - Ravenna, Porto Corsini". We agreed to pay the additional amount to ensure the transfer went ahead.

Less than 16 hours before pickup, Connecto Transfers cancelled our transfer due to "technical issues" with the assigned vehicle. Their email explained that they had checked their schedule and contacted partners but were unable to find a replacement vehicle.

While we understand that vehicle breakdowns can happen, we were left without a transfer to the airport from Porto Corsini, where last-minute transport options are limited. We booked our transfer well in advance for exactly that reason. With a flight to catch, we had no realistic option but to arrange another taxi at short notice, which cost €332.50. Although our original booking of €131.95 was refunded, we were still left €200.55 out of pocket.

We submitted a formal complaint requesting reimbursement of the additional cost and then followed it up through their website. Eight days later, we have still not received any acknowledgement or response.

The issue isn't that a vehicle developed a fault—these things happen. It's the complete lack of a workable solution, the financial loss we were left to absorb, and the absence of any customer service afterwards. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend Connecto Transfers.

Very smooth ride, polite and professional driver. Always on time - we had returning trip another day.

We booked a transfer for 10:00 AM on the day of our departure. On the morning of the booking, they informed us they would arrive at 10:30 AM. Then, at 10:30 AM, they told us they wouldn’t arrive until 11:30 AM, which meant one person in our group was at serious risk of missing their flight.

When we raised the issue, they told us it was our problem and suggested we pay €500 (around 2.5× the original fare) for a taxi if we didn’t want to miss our flight.

Avoid this company. Our experience was completely unacceptable.

Awful company. Took our booking, confirmed details (airport to accommodation). Driver wasn’t there when we arrived, we had to keep calling to find out where they were. When they arrived told us unless we paid more money (double the price)or they wouldn’t take us to our destination. We paid it as we were in the vehicle and they said that would cover return journey then demanded more money for that as well. Caused a lot of distress as 4 children were in vehicle (3 with additional needs) We used another company to take us back (happy transfers, which were amazing) company is refusing to refund money so we are taking legal action against them.
