Scam!
I assume they took my data by buying a ticket to dublin airport. Never wanted to subscribe and tryied to get out of this writing them.
All the answer are copypaste without any help. Money stolen from my card and still having no support to unsubscribe from this scam!!!!

poor customer support: generic responses that ignore the context

Following a recent experience with your customer service team concerning a major cashback discrepancy with an AliExpress purchase.

While I understand that the missing amount is currently under investigation, and I am hopeful that AliExpress will report the correct full price, the support process itself has been highly frustrating for two main reasons:

Exhausting and unclear communication: The back-and-forth with the support team has been unnecessarily tiring. Despite sending all the required information and screenshots multiple times, I could not get a clear answer as to whether any further details were missing from my end or what the actual status was.

Generic responses that ignore the context: I received copy-pasted answers that did not apply to my specific case. For instance, I was given the standard explanation that cashback does not cover VAT or shipping costs. However, the cashback amount tracked was only about a third of what I actually paid. VAT and shipping absolutely do not account for a 60-70% difference. It felt like the agent did not even look at the numbers I provided and just sent a generic reply instead of addressing my specific issue.

I am sharing this because I believe your team should look at the actual data provided by customers rather than defaulting to generic policies that clearly do not match the math of the specific case.

I hope this feedback helps improve your support process, and I look forward to a fair resolution of my ongoing investigation.

i got scammed by a completesavings.ie 's dark pattern pop up after a purchase on ryanair.
i NEVER intended to PURCHASE their voucher.

AI answer after i got charged wrongly :

1. What is Complete Savings?
Complete Savings (operated by a company called Webloyalty) is a "cashback program" or a discount club. They are notorious for using "Dark Patterns"—tricky user interfaces designed to make you sign up for a subscription without realizing it.

How they got your details: They partner with major travel sites (like Ryanair, Lastminute.com, or Trainline). After you bought your ticket, a pop-up likely offered you a "€15/£15 voucher" or "Cashback" on your next purchase.

The Trap: By clicking to claim the voucher, you unknowingly signed up for a monthly subscription fee (usually around €15/month) hidden in the fine print.

I’ve received a lot of refunds and…

I’ve received a lot of refunds and cashback from using Complete Savings. Although there is a monthly membership fee, I still find it worth it because the savings from vouchers and cashback more than cover the cost. I recently got 10% off a purchase from GetYourGuide, which was a great bonus.

Pls avoid VioVet as they are connected to complete savings !! When I spoke to them the lady didn’t even - understand English !! Some freshiw talking from some other country !! Waste of time and money

You pay the membership monthly with credit card but they send you a check for cash back. Total nonsense. Takes too much time to request the cash back, wait for a cheque and havng to go to the bank to cash it or lodge it. Waste of time. Not worth it.
Update: went to cash one check of 16e, spent 4e in public transport to get to the bank, cheque had some unknown problems and slef service lodging machines would not accept it so had to queue at cashier desk and now i have to wait 5 to 7 working days to see if it clears. Over 2 hours spent in branch plus 4euro transport for a 16euro cheque! Amazing reward!

Bank Details Stolen After Purchase - 90€

I made a purchase through a platform and unfortunately my banking details were stolen by this website . I was charged €90 without authorization. Luckily, I noticed it in time, otherwise I could have kept losing money.

I received an email confirming that I would be refunded, but until now no refund has been processed. Very disappointing and unsafe experience. What to do ??

AVOID! LIARS! SCAM!

"Cashback" service that is actually you paying a monthly fee. Rang twice in one day, talking people with broken English. I "redeemed credits" so my refund was refused. Emailed the company, and got no response. Do not sign up to this service, they are thieves.

This is a complete scam

This is a complete scam. A perfect description for day light robbery. I never knew what is complete saving until I checked my bank account and saw a deduction of 18€. At first I ignored but I never remembered I paid 18€ for something. So I googled it and came up with a membership with them and a subscription for 18€ monthly which I never subscribed for.
Apparently I realized it was from online booking for Odeon cinema which encouraged me to a membership signup which I will be awarded a cash back and can use for my next booking. They are both scammers.

Sneaky, underhand, opaque

I completed a booking for Odeon cinema tickets and was presented with a page offering savings on next purchase. Assuming I was joining Odeon’s FREE loyalty club I began entering my details - then, thinking, but Odeon have my details, so I looked at the small print…nothing to do with Odeon, but a monthly paid subscription for dubious “savings”. Sneaky, underhand non-transparent sales process.

HUGE SCAM!!!!!

HUGE SCAM!!!!!! AVOID!!!
Purchased on the Living social website and got charged for 6 months, €18 montly without being notified or get email receipt.
After months of payments I’ve noticed on my bankstatement that I was charged every month. They’ve stolen €108 from me.

Truspilot delete my review about this company.

Just receive a email from truspilit and I’m sorprised they delet my review.never before happen. So maybe that company pay to them? Don’t know, anyway I inform my experience , I didn’t know that company taking every month money of my account bank, the first 3 months €15 and after until now €18, since October 2023 until now …we sew in the account we pay every month €18 but also is so tricky because is not the name of the company. So is show he’s self like Ely (not even the initials of his scan company) i googled the 3 syllables in my account so we find that company. We cancelled inmediately, but they delete every detail instant in that supuse account, also they say I accept to subscribe when I buy in look fantastic (carefully with that shop too) I remember buy something years ago for ones i never give my account details to a company or online company if im not sure,they say I did, (I imagine they just took my details through this intermediary shop “look fantastic” now truspilit ask to me put details, what you don’t know is I took pictures in the screen in case, I told them I’ll complain to the online consumer protection and I did , they didn’t found that company, I read in Swiss (remember works long time ago in a Jew company (they were laying and say the company is in NY and take money from people in Africa and Venezuela ) and laying they will give to them a visa) but actually what the did was illegal, in the finally I told them I I will complain to my lawyer , so they return the money every €15,€18 …but my bank didn’t accept, why? Probably is many people complain about that? And they are very careful with that company. I had to call to my bank and talk to them. But my bank show the money and when I want to use the money , didn’t have no funds, it was visible in my account, but I couldn't use it, I'll go back to the bank to find out that….its for real , anyway I have the detail truspilot in case you want delete again my review.

Completesavings have been taking 18…

Completesavings have been taking 18 euros out of my account for several months. I did not agree to this. Whatever why they phrase their offer, it is misleading.
Do not have anything to do with this site. I have spoken to my Bank. I have cancelled with Completesavings.ie but will be checking my bank account each month. Very deceptive. Very sneaky.

I was promised a 36 euro refund from this company 6 days ago. No money has arrived in my account. Do they just not care?

They are basically scam, falsely advertising, sneaky luring in to subscriptions, biggest issue is that Instead of thinking how to be a trustworthy company, they will challenge any bad reviews as fake.
