Great comms. Flexible inspire of multiple date changes. On the actual day they were all punctual, tidy, efficient, considerate and thoroughly professional. Great experience for what can be a tough day when the house has been your for 55 years.

I met James on-site and was quoted a good price for the clearance so I proceeded to arrange a time for the works. James and his team were able to come back the same afternoon and quickly and effectively cleared the house.The team was polite and helpful and I would be happy to use them again.

Superb job from James and his team
Superb job from James and his team with my very overgrown garden. From initial contact to job completion the communications have been excellent. The team turned up on time and left everything spick and span despite shifting a lot of garden waste and an old shed and it's contents. I have no doubt they'd do an excellent job with any clearance type work. Thanks again!

Professional, Reliable and Trustworthy
We contacted James when we required a house / garden clearance when a close relative passed recently, James arrived at the time stated gave us a no nonsense good value quote on the spot and arranged a suitably convenient date to do the job.
We live in a different town and the fact that James and Rick arrived on time and dealt with the whole job quickly and cleanly whilst showing respect to the property and ourselves at a difficult time was very much appreciated.
They even replaced a couple of fence panels whilst clearing the garden which wasn’t part of the agreement
I would unreservedly recommend this company without hesitation, decent trustworthy people which are becoming harder to find in this day and age
