Hopefully we made the right choice too early to say

I found this organisation on Facebook. The process was made easier by the person speaking clear english and ..without an accent. This is very important to me as i have a hearing problem. She was happy to repeat questions and was very patient.

These guys are quite transparent and helpful. I would recommend that you do yourself a favour and give Compare Club an opportunity to help you with your cover.

I found the whole experience very helpful. The staff member was patient explaining the difference between my provider and Ovo. I also felt that he was honest and friendly.

Our consultant Patrick was fully conversant with the offerings available in Private Health providers and he also clearly understood our needs and worked to address them.
Patrick presented extremely well and made the experience much less stressful and in fact enjoyable and a great relief to be able to transition

The company saved me some money and we have a few extra things on the new policy.

It was a bit long winded but my customer service guy was brilliant and I could understand him. You must consider older Aussies (as I am) need clear speaking individuals.

When I change over to new insurance.They didn’t carry the waiver period now got $11,000 bill should been about $4,000 . Iam still paying for it . Better stay in one . This advice not always correct. Iam thinking about leaving all insurance. Not happy 😃

The staff I spoke with understood my needs and explained everything in way which was so easy for me to know exactly what I was covered for under my health insurance plan. I was also changed to a better energy plan. This was followed up with a phone call from them the next day to make sure I was happy, and did I have any questions. Great customer service!

They have helped us two years in a row, we changed our power supplier with them last year and again this year, both time we have been given a better offer.
We are also changing private health providers also, unsure how this will go as we have just started.

The gentle man i spoke to Ulmra was very good he explained everying vert clearly, went though every point with me so I would understand and asked my what we needed and want in our health cover which one was better and not so costly.

I was quoted a price of $301 .per month but have now been charged over $370 per month which is more expensive than with my previous provider…not a happy customer at all .
