After nearly 10 years of using this…

After nearly 10 years of using this service across 3 different companies, I’m really disappointed by how poor the recent customer service has become. What was once a reliable service now feels unhelpful and dismissive when issues arise. It’s sad that after such a long time as a loyal customer, I now have to look for an alternative.

Disappointing Customer Experience: Outdated Documentation Practices

I recently had an experience with companyaddress.co.uk that left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. Their insistence on outdated documentation practices in the digital age was incredibly annoying and hindered the overall customer experience.

Despite providing digitally signed documents, companyaddress.co.uk continued to demand physical copies, completely disregarding the convenience and efficiency offered by digital documentation. It was frustrating to see their lack of understanding and adaptation to modern technology.

Not only did their insistence on physical copies cause unnecessary delays and inconvenience, but their customer service team also seemed oblivious to the fact that I had already provided all the necessary documents in a digital format. Their repeated requests for physical copies demonstrated a lack of attention to detail and a failure to embrace digital advancements.

Due to this unpleasant ordeal, I ultimately decided to cancel the service and request a refund. It is disheartening to encounter such inefficiency and a disregard for customer convenience, especially when considering that I had not even fully registered, as outlined in their own terms and conditions.

I strongly urge companyaddress.co.uk to reevaluate their documentation processes and adapt them to the digital age. Asking for physical copies in a time where digital transactions and verification are prevalent not only reflects poorly on their efficiency but also frustrates customers seeking a modern and streamlined experience.

Based on my experience, I cannot confidently recommend companyaddress.co.uk to others. Until they update their practices and prioritize customer convenience, there are likely better options available that embrace the digital age and provide a more seamless experience.

I sincerely hope that this review serves as constructive feedback for companyaddress.co.uk, prompting them to make the necessary changes and enhance their customer experience.

Poor Customer Service

Used them for around 5 years. They stopped my account but accidentally emailed my old email address to inform me (which they admitted after several persistent email follow ups). They charged me for around 1 year without actually delivering the service due to this. When i asked for a refund or at minimum a gesture as it was them that failed to notify me they said they were not prepared to do anything. It was clear from the tone of the communications and the way they handled my issue that this is systemic within the company. No surprise to see a bunch of bad reviews. If they would have just offered me 1 or 2 months as a gesture I would of stayed with them but they didnt and here we are.

Brilliant customer service

The customer service provided by Alessandro is absolutely brilliant. Always responds to emails straight away. Very responsive. I can honestly say that I am a very happy customer and I am glad I chose Company Address for my business needs. Keep up the good work. 5 star rating from me. Thank you

Helpful & fast

I can't fault Company Address on bit.

In every interaction we've had with them, they've responded within a few working hours at most and if not minutes with helpful answers that have solved all our questions.

For someone whose not the most experienced and had a setup that's slightly confusing, they've made it as easy as they possibly could.

Would recommend them 1000%

Good service but poor when trying to cancel

I used the service for a while and it worked effectively. However on trying to cancel they are quoting small print of terms and conditions when it is quite clear I wanted to cancel and took another year's fee from my card. Hopefully they will resolve this and I will be happy to amend this review if they do, as the mail forwarding worked prior to this poor customer service issue.

Firstly if I could give less than 1 star I would

Firstly, if I could give less than 1 star I would.

This company has poor customer service, communication and also prices and much higher now that other competitors.

I have left their services due to all the above however, in more detail they failed to take a payment for my annual subscription due to the uncertainty of the business and whether they were going to still be operating, this was in June 2018. I was told that I could continue using services for free until they decide what they are doing. I was however still receiving small amounts of mail in September 2018.

I contacted the offices in March 2019 to find out what was happening and someone advised me that I had their services for free for 9 months and if I wanted to continue I would need to subscribe again. Fair enough.

I logged on (this was difficult to do as you had to verify your account, due to the new systems) and noticed that the payment they should have taken stated failed which is not what is showed previously in June 2018. No-one had updated me.

The failure of the payment, was I assume due to their systems changing. I then asked how I could subscribe and start paying from March 2019 - March 2020, to be then told that I cannot pay £36 I need to pay £55 plus VAT? I advised that my service was continuous and I should still be at the same rate. Numerous emails went back and forward with my incorrect name, broken English and worse of all rudeness. I was told that if I did not want to pay the required amount, I need to take their address of Companies House as they would be sending the mail for my company return to sender?

I called several times and each time spoke to receptionists who advised a manager would be calling me back. 2 weeks later no call, however they have decided to debit money from my company account (for services from 2 April 2019 - April 2020) without telling me or discussing, I received email regarding payment on 2 April 2019.

I emailed them for a refund and also called to advise that they should not have taken a payment, they had time to do this but no time to call back, or even respond to my queries and explain what can and will be happening.

I have cancelled my services with them out of principle and due to the hassle. I am now with another company who are really efficient, profession and friendly.

I can only give you my experience and rating, you decide whether to go with them or not. I will not be recommending to my many friends or colleagues who are business owners.

AVOID THIS COMPANY! THE DIRECTOR DOES NOT CARE!

AVOID THIS COMPANY! After closing my account and removing my company address without notice or any form of communication, I tried contacting them via email and calling their call centre 15+ times to resolve this issue. Apparently the only person who is able to talk to me is the manager and director (Israel Tal), but he's been avoiding my calls.

After doing some research, I found out that Israel Tal, director of the company is an immature graduate who's had 2 other failed businesses in the past and only goes to work 2 hours a day. No wonder why he doesn't have time to call me...

I still don't know why they have closed my account and haven't even bothered to notify me as they have failed to communicate with me.

Mr Israel seems very irresponsible and I would highly recommend avoiding any sort of business with him or any company that he is associated with.

STAY AWAY AT ALL COST

Stay away from this company at all cost.

Paid for my account, and then wasn't able to log in. Then spent a week trying to get a callback from someone, and got told they're all busy.

I found out that it's just one guy that runs the business and avoids the call back at all cost to the point where he's outsourced the company's customer service to create a buffer between the complaints and him.

It took a threat of legal action to get a response and an eventual refund, but I hope nobody else has to ever go through this.

There are many well established company address companies out there you should use and this one definitely isn't it.

The review below is clearly a fake one.

A great service!

This is a great service. Super fast support responses and all mail sent through quickly. Well priced too and a real relief for companies wanting to get all their statutory needs met quickly and easily. Use them!
