Express Flooring installed new flooring…

Express Flooring installed new flooring throughout my home in January 2023. Their website states they have a Lifetime Warranty that guarantees the installation on all of their work. By August 2023, the boards were coming apart and the flooring was showing signs of significant defects. I contacted them and an inspector was sent out. Their inspector concluded that the entire house needed to be re-done due to improper installation.
Despite their inspector’s report, I did not hear back from Express Flooring. I followed up multiple times in October 2023, reaching out to both the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and the finance company they had directed me to in order to obtain assistance.
On December 11, 2023, two groups of workers arrived at my home, but they caused significant damage to the paint and baseboards. During their visit, the workers got into a heated argument about who was going to pay for the job and ultimately left without completing any work. The end of December 2023, the flooring was replaced.
On January 25, 2025, I contacted Express Flooring again because the flooring was separating throughout the entire house again, which has persisted since the original installation.
On February 5, 2025, two subcontractors arrived at my home, took pictures of the flooring throughout the house, and concluded that the issues were due to improper installation. The planks were hammered in too tightly, causing the tongue and groove to break - in every room of my home. They stated that the entire flooring needed to be replaced again. They took detailed photographs and promised to send their findings to Express Flooring.
After over a week or repeatedly calling and texting, a manager from Express Flooring came and agreed with the subcontractor's findings. He asked for 3 business days to figure out how to proceed. That timeframe is well past; he will not return calls or text messages.

Shapiro MD - HORRIBLE COMPANY HORRIBLE PRODUCTS

I ordered a product from Shapiro MD. I did not know they would automatically sign me up for a subscription. I contacted Paypal because I couldn't get a response from Shapiro and filed a claim for a refund. That got their attention. They told me I was "blacklisted" since I filed a claim...I had to close the dispute on paypal and wait 10 days for them to remove me from the blacklist BEFORE they would give me a return merchandise number. I had to call again to find out if I had been removed from the blacklist and get the RMA. I returned the merchandise and was told it would be 7-10 business days before they would refund m money. After 16 business days from the time they received the package- I called AGAIN. OOPS, they forgot to refund my money and now I have to wait another 7-10 days. This company is a total rip off,

In the beginning they make it seem like they are actually better than other companies that search for information on others when in reality they are absolutely terrible. I am aware of everything about the person I added for them to find and they found so little. No arrest records no tickets no addresses and no relatives. They found no social media. I was bait and switched as well. I paid for a little then was given a high price and paid that to get nothing. Don't use this company. Save your money and don't get ripped off!!

Adam is the owner and was very nice and attentive when giving us his bid and plan for our yard. If he was going to be late he text us to let us know.
After we gave him our money the honeymoon stage changed. He spent less than six hours during the months of work. He had promised us hands on attendance during the work process. We doubt he spent six hours at our home during a months long process. The original cement work was so bad we asked it be removed to Adams protest that it was perfectly fine. None of his crew speaks English so communication process was a real chore. The crew came when they wanted not when promised. They would show up days later after telling us when they would . We have all our communications through out the process. We text Adam back in April with pics of the privacy gate we wanted six ft high 4ft wide. He priced it at $1550 and got a gate less than five ft high and less than 4ft wide. He made it with a plastic insert no steel. We have since paid another company for the actual gate $995.00 installed totally steel. Based on our experience we strongly advise you avoid Norton Landscaping. Over promises and under delivers.

Indompent and Non Working Site: I have repeatedly called and repeatedly…

I have repeatedly called and repeatedly sent emails to submit a selfie and ID to Interactive Brokers. None of the links they send me work. There is always an error message that says "'Failed to renew Document Upload URL.
If you have further questions please contact Support"" Support only responds by sending the same non working link. Has anyone else had this issue with Interactive Brokers? Who would possibly use one of their advisors? I have a doctorate so my English is good enough to work all other investments sites except apparently Interactive Brokers. I do need an account that I can trade in stocks internationally. If anyone has the name of a company that actually works, please advise. Thank you. Kindest regards,,,

Not good service

My husband has called Consumer Cellular at least twice about data not working on either of our phones. I did a chat session today because the very same issues continue to pop back up. And we are still not finished yet. Would have to call back for them to probably give another temporary fix to my husband's data service. The service for us has been very unreliable. Looking for a new cell phone carrier. *Update: I tried to use data again this afternoon at 3:43. It would not load pages and I was in town. I text my husband and told him it wouldn't load pages. He said his app kept stopping.

GROUPON .. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GOOP ON

For ten days I have been trying to buy merchandise from Groupon. I downloaded their app and proceeded to enter my order. I was told by the manufacturer that groupon was their retail distributor. When I proceeded to check out I got a notice that my shipping address
" Was not found " so I put my address in again and again and again you get the picture!!!??? Finally I ignored that notice and proceeded to check out. Then I got a notice " incorrect zip code."
I got this notice again and again you get the picture..So why didn't I just go to another retailer ?? Well I am hearing impaired and can't wear a hearing aid with blue tooth ear buds. So I was trying to purchase a particular brand of ear buds that I knew worked for ME and unfortunately Groupon was the only retailer that carries them at this time other retailers were out of stock. So,,,,I proceeded to Groupon's customer service which is... you send an email and a robot answers you sometime in the next 24 hours .About 8 hours later I check my phone just before I go to bed room and. ... Groupon chat room has sent me an email they want to CHAT. SO I TELL THEIR EMPLOYEE the PROBLEM .Their employee says well it clearly states we don't send merchandise to Canada . I wrote back CA. Is not Canada it's California. Now I'm using an Android phone and employee is probably using a full size key board and I'm not typing fast enough so employee sends if I don't answer she will hand up. AND THAT'S WHAT SHE DOES. Back to emails to Groupon . I have had same physical address for 40 years and we get lots and lots of packages every year with no problems. We get our mail delivery to a postal box but many companies can't ship to PO Box .we don't have trouble with them. So now Groupon says use another phone or a PC . Then my family gets involved. My sister says " no problem I just ordered coupons from Groupon and I'll put in order"
Well she gets the same notices of address not found and wrong zip code as I got. We realized that she could get coupons through email but not merchandise sent to her house.Next we try more addresses of my other brothers and sisters. They get same no no no . We email Groupon and five days later we are still waiting for an effective employee to respond .I found a friend whose address was accepted then new problems I couldn't order 2 pairs of earbuds on the same order and I was charged 2 separate shipping charges and the original price from five days earlier had increased .I shouldn't have any shipping charge as my order was well over their stated minimum for free shipping. I was forced to deal with Groupon because of my hearing impairment and their exclusivity for this brand of earbuds. Get all the coupons you want but beware if you buy any merchandise and have a problem there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ...NO PHONE NUMBER NO CUSTOMER SERVICE EMPLOYEES. THE LATEST EMAILS FROM GROUPON STATE " I AM A ROBOT AND A PERSON WILL GET TO YOU . That's after ten days of trying to get a PERSON. OH BY THE WAY it is their site that has the problem not our phones or PC s .I am going to call manufacturer and suggest they find other retailers for their products. Good luck trying to buy from Goop on (sic) oops Groupon I have asked trust pilot to send my review to Groupon and so they will know who wrote this their request number they used for my incident is request number 67779639 and thank you trust pilot for putting in the effort to give consumers a venue to say good or bad about companies. I have written good reviews to companies that deserve them .I believe that Good companies deserve our appreciation and public support

Buy Apartment

I am writing this review because House Value Store deserves this. I really like House Value Store. It’s really straight forward and easy to use. Last year, I needed the apartment in limited budget. And due to House Value Store, I got a great apartment in great area. The work out rooms are open 24//7 are rarely crowded and the pool area is lovely. I have loved my time here. Also they helped me to sale my home on better price. I enquired house value store and their team for some queries and they are just fabulous answering me.

Scam site trying to take your money

I have never subscribed my company to companies-reviews.com and like othere before me, I received an email in my spam box (because it was sent to an email address that is not in use, but we use catch-all) about an inactive account. Because the business details are faulty, I wanted to change it, but that seems to be impossible. When you want to delete the company info however, they will charge you $5.

Scam? Yes, definitely. I know I never signed up. Because if I had, it would be from another email account. The fact that my business details are wrong and that they charge you $5 for removal adds up to this.

Don't do it people. Don't pay, it's a ransom-like strategy and we shouldn't reward that.

Dont touch JobWorthDoing

2x Years ago I got JobworthDoing to install a Viessmann Boiler to Manufacturers standard, and it was then serviced 1x Year on to keep the Boiler within Warranty.
The Boiler Lost Pressure and it was found the Expansion Tank had failed and it was noted that the system required cleaned and retreated.
I subsequently found when I talked to Jobworthdoing that the system was given a water flush and not per BS7593 that was stated on the Installation Docs that was signed by them as done.
And to add insult to Injury, It will now cost me £350 Pounds to Get them back to do the Job they have already said they have done and which we now know they have not. Yeh! sure mate.
My advice to all is Not to deal with JobWorthDoing.

Excellent Service with Homeserve

I would like to say how brilliant Homeserve are with their service. I have been with them for years and never have I been disappointed with their service. The phone line is open 24 hours and they try and find a engineer on the same day. Their engineers, plumbers electricians etc are fully qualified and extremely helpful and very kind and polite. I would recommend the company very highly and the monthly costs are very reasonable with the comfort in the knowledge of a quality and reliable service. They didn't let me down on my recent leak.

Wonderful service from SCS

We had a carpet that was faulty after at only 18 month old we contact SCS and they sent a person to inspect the carpet he agreed it was faulty.
No problem the Company are replacing the Carpet and fitting the new one free of charge wonderful service.

Excellent & Very Efficient Service

I ordered Frontline and Incurin prescription tablets from VioVet for my elderly Irish Setter bitch over the internet, I collected my prescription from my vet, scanned it, emailed it to them, they confirmed receipt of this by email almost immediately and by the next day I received my order. An excellent service and also because my order was over £29 I did not have to pay postage. That's what you call service! Would definitely recommend.
