Comfybird.com took payment and delivered nothing. So, if you want to be ripped off, order with them. I requested a refund when they hadn’t shipped within two weeks and they convinced me (via email) that they would ship within a week. A week or so later, I checked my shipping status and the order no longer exists. Not expecting money back, but want to warn others if possible scam. Cheers!
I will never order again. My ornaments were plastic with stickrs on outside. Nothing like what i thought i ordered. I would give you negative stars if possible
I ordered a calendar made by an artist named Paperwilderness, its all watercolor art. I put my order in on Nov 29th, and got a shipment tracking number on Dec 05th. The tracking number returned no information when used and seemed to be incorrect. I reached on Dec 16th for info on my shipment and received no response. I reached out again on the 18th with no response. On Dec 29th a package arrived from Comfybird and it was 2 AI generated calendars that I would never order.
I think this company is a complete scam, and will take your money and send you trash from a warehouse just to say they fulfilled an order.
Item not as described at all! Photo and description appeared to be a cute, plush ornament but was shipped a cheap piece of plastic. Paid extra for express shipping and took a full month to arrive.
Submitted my order and payment over 2 months ago. never received the items. Contacted them and they told me it was shipped. Pure lies. There is no tracking and it never showed up. Requested a full refund, Did not hear back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

At this point, I’m concerned this company may be a scam. There’s been zero communication, no customer service, and no sign that my order was ever fulfilled. Fortunately, PayPal refunded my payment after I filed a claim.
