Comovita Reviews 

I ordered my items on the 17/11/2022 with Order No. #933535. The tricky part is that before I proceeded, I read the Trustpilot reviews and I was really worried that Comovita company is untrustworthy, so I directly contacted Comovita and someone named Pablo responded to my enquiries and reassured me that my experience would be different and in fact that Comovita has Chelsea boots available and this would be sent to me the exact week I ordered my items, obviously these are all lies as I have not received anything yet! Unfortunately my hesitation is right.
I was informed that all processes for me to receive my order is 4 weeks, as the orders was for Christmas present I was so excited that it would be a perfect present and I would received it by the 18th Dec 2022. I was wrong and I am still waiting for my orders. Comovita really spoilt my Christmas.

I sent follow up emails to Pablo afterwards, however, I didn’t receive a response. While I was trying to order, Pablo response was very fast however, after Comovita got my money, the was no response. I contacted the so called boss Borja Duran on his Instagram page and here is his response
“I'm sorry about this. I'm going to make sure on Monday we give you a proper update on the order status. I see we have some Chelsea boots ready so
I'II make sure yours are shipped by Tuesday.
Sorry once again and thank you for your trust!
Borja”

Since the 16th Dec, 2022, the Monday and Tuesday Borja mentioned have passed, yet there is no update neither is there any item shipped to me.

At this point, I would like for Comovita to refund my money as I am not interested in their items anymore. Please REFUND me my MONEY!!

My advice to anyone is to learn from my experience and don’t make the mistake I made.

It’s better than I expected. Shoes really are same quality as my Church’s. Good and impressive concept.

I have ordered and paid for a pair of shoes on the 28th of October. During the last month I have sent some emails asking for the status of the order with no response from anyone. Next week I will go to the Guardia Civil to denounce Comovita. After reading the reviews I started to understand that this is a scam and that in fact the average is mad of real reviews with rating 1 and false reviews with rating 5.

My wife ordered and paid for shoes in early November, which were ordered as a Christmas present. Now 3 days after after Christmas,no shoes and no response from the company. Today we will go to the Guardia Civil to denounce Comovita. The good reviews are false and the genuine clients have been scammed.

I ordered shoes back on September 26, 2022. Order number 933436.
I have sent 5 or more emails and 5 or more chat messages.
I like the idea, the membership idea , and the shoes look good, but there has been no responses and no delivery.
Company also has the gall to send me an email asking if they want me to invest in it...
I also have complained to Shopify.
I just want my shoes.

I have given 5 stars because I haven't dealt with this company yet. From investigating similar websites online, I believe that Comovita use the same factory as another bespoke shoe companyI have seen (some photos on their websites are exactly the same). I believe their shoes are made by the "Bespoke Factory" in Almansa, hope this info helps.

Still didn’t receive anything.
I have no answer to any of my emails asking for an expected delivery
I ask for a refund and naturally the response is the same. Nothing.
It seems clearly a scam.

Quick shipment, love the shoes. Only advise, if you are between two sizes, chose the bigger one.

My vejas replacement. I was looking to replace my Veja as my go-to sneaker for almost everyday and I wanted something more comfy than Veja. Found this on Good On You, decided to try them and I’m impressed on how this vegan kicks fit. Use them every day and will continue to do so during my office days.

The brand I was looking forward to find. I’m a person who values a lot quality and comfort but doesn’t need or like to tell the world “check my expensive shoes or suitcase”. Therefore, when I found via an ad this brand I was eager to try it out and see if their promise was true (600USD shoes for 200). Got them 3 days ago and the unboxing was a wow moment. Packaging wasn’t a fancy one but the boots, oh boy, I haven’t seen a pair as good looking as these for a long while. The suede is just incredible, soft but at the same time with a particular resistant appearance. Tried them and the feeling was as if these pair had been done exclusively for my feet. I’m obsessed. Already ordered a leather pair and a pair of suede kicks for days in the city. Wonderful brand, impressive work.

It’s now been 5 months since I made my order, and I still haven’t gotten anything yet. I keep trying to get in touch with support without luck..

I don’t know if the company is a complete scam or the just have some serious issues.

One star is way too much. This company is a scam. It does not deserve not even one star. But it is needed to access the writing box I am in right now.
I was so stupid to trust this company. I placed the order on 25 May 2022 and paid in advance for my shoes. I have contacted the company multiple times without any answer. Please don't buy from this company; it is a scam.

Literally they stole my money and also they replied to me right after i wrote my review here and asked me to remove my comment.

PLEASE DONT EVER BUY FROM THEM.

Terrible company Comovita

Terrible company. Ordered shoes over 2 months ago and still no shoes or tracking number despite requesting.
Scam company it appears look at other reviews. I think any positive ones are bogus loaded by them or employees.

I wrote a really negative review on the 10th November. This was to do with the poor service/10 month wait and no sign of delivery etc....but the boots have now arrived and i have to say they are simply fantastic. This was unsatisfactory as a purchasing experience (i bought via instagram)....and i had worried the whole thing was a fraud.....but i have to say that the shoes are totally brilliant. If the company were able to resolve supply/delivery issues, then i would absolutely use them again. Thank you Comovita for sending the boots (eventually)....they really are excellent and i would recommend them to others.

Good quality, nice shoes comfortable with first steps.

Very smooth transaction and follow up process. Boots looked better than in pictures, fit well and are very comfortable. Already picking up a 2nd pair :)
Frequent buyer of Church’s and these ones put up a real good competition

Perplexed by all the negative reveiews. I’ve worn high price luxury shoes that compares to these look ridiculous. Yes, there is waiting (3,5 weeks on the loafers, less than 2 for the boots) but if you check their website it’s pretty clear they work on demand (oh, surprise, this is how they are able to offer the pricing). Already Owner of 2 pairs, don’t see myself getting shoes from any other brand except for sports.

Jan 2022 order (932902) - shoes still not received and no replies to any of my e-mails. Shocking !
