I was happy to find a fast and well coded theme for wordpress, and they have been great with tech support.

just forget the performance this theme has so many bugs, it hides various product from categories in display, upon asking support they just share useless answers, i have spent money for this and after using it for months i am moving on.

The theme offers a solid foundation for a WooCommerce site. However, there are some flaws in the checkout flow, and I haven't found a way to modify them other than reverting to the default WooCommerce checkout. I reached out to support for assistance, but after receiving an unhelpful response and requesting more information on how to customize their checkout page, I have not heard back from them in a week. Therefore, I cannot recommend this theme due to the lack of support.

Excellent customer service, had a small issue that was sorted to my complete satisfaction within 24hours, easy to contact via Email and everything explained in layman’s terms. I would recommend this company

I have been a customer for more than two years and i really like the Shoptimizer theme. It comes with plenty of features for ecommerce website and reduces the need for additional plugins. What i really don't like is the lack of support. In the early days it was quick and turn around was less than 24 hours but now its more like you keep on following up and no clear answers are provided. Moreover i also find that they do not have any proper and updated documentation for new updates. YouTube does not provide much and some old videos. I am just going to wait if they improve support else going to switch to another theme.

Great customer service and support. They always answer questions via email pretty quickly, sometimes even at 22:00 lol.

Overall happy with Shoptimizer, and I’ll probably use it again on future websites.

Bought the Shoptimizer theme and have been paying a subscription for it yearly since to ensure we have the most up to date files from teh developers. Now the theme has a severe flaw allowing the theme to be compromised (hacked), commercegurus are saying that I should buy an independent license for this part of the theme that they provided as they can’t help (Thanks John Mark). Why do they take the money year in year out yet when it comes to upgrading a plugin that THEY provided (and still do in their theme) do they advise they can’t help? Plus, the added fact that the customer service is so slow is not ideal. YOUR WEBSITE WILL GET HACKED REPEATEDLY UNLESS THEY HELP RESOLVE THE ISSUE. DON’T BUY FROM THESE GUYS AS THEY WONT HELP!

I can only say wonders about the Shoptimizer theme and the support from CommerceGurus.
I needed a theme with good quality, good features and at the same time lightweight.
The extra features for customer engagement, like the free shipping notifications, the distraction-free checkout, SEO-friendly markup, sticky Add to Cart button, product FOMOs, instant search functionality, wishlists, and upsells,... are almost endless and very useful.
If you are looking for a good theme that doesn't break the bank, look no further, because this is it!

I am taking my time out of my busy schedule, without any request on the developers part, to leave this review. You know, it's nowadays so rare to find outstanding customer support. To really feel that whoever it is you need help from; they've got your back. Well, with the gentlemen from commerce guru's (Simon, Colm, and Mohammed) are always extremely helpful! Seriously, I feel like I'm stealing from them. Why? Because over a year ago I paid a little fee for their insanely good theme (not to mention the plugin commercekit that you get with it, absolute game changer) and they've helped me now for hours and hours (considering all the support tickets I made since I first started using the theme). Never did it take longer than 24 hours to get a response, including weekends. They always go above and beyond to fix any issue I may have. I mean, I honestly don't leave reviews often if ever, but I felt the need to do this, as I just HAVE to give back to them. Because of these guys' theme I am now able to live my life completely financially independent. I make my own money, and without Shoptimizer, this wouldn't be possible (or at least as much or as joyfully). Thank you guys.

I love the Shoptimizer theme. It has a ton of useful featues for WooCommerce. I've tested so many WooCommerce themes and Shoptimizer combined with the recent enhancements in CommerceKit is without question the best WooCommerce theme.

But my favourite part is the support. We've never had any issues, just some minor requests for customisations and support has always been fast, friendly and very helpful.

Highly recommend CommerceGurus and Shoptimizer!

Bought Shoptimizer.

Good theme but misleading information.

They sell it as a license for unlimited sites, but actually you only get it for 1 site.

Auto updates and support only for 1 site.

You can use in as many sites you want, as it is GPL, but so all the code canyon plugins and they are very clear that each license = 1 domain.

So i don´t trust people and developers that use this kind of word juggling to sell something that it is not.

fake offers never trust them,
they are offering shoptimizer theme for wordpress and they are saying its for unlimited websites in the selling page and after you buy the theme you will find its only for one website and the file is gpl could be used on unlimited websites but there is no support and no auto updates

any wordpress theme or plugin is under gpl license and all the themes and plugins from themeforest are the same the license is for one website but themeforest never cheated on this and its very clear to all wp users

but those cheaters are lying on the selling page and you will not find this untill you buy so if this is away of marking then you deserve to make customers upset

the rule always when you start selling with cheating then i will never trust any support or services from you later in the future

respect your customers first and then start making offers
