Excellent service . Explained that we needed bed ASAP as we had elderly relative being discharged from hospital. Comfybedss were true to their promise and we received bed in rapid time. Delivery driver was excellent as well. Would highly recommend Comfybedss due to the excellent service we received.

Very happy with the bed. Good quality. Easy to build.
I was disappointed with the lead time for delivery. The website suggests delivery will be in 8 days, but in fact it was 3 weeks. There was also a lack of communication regarding delivery.

Excellent customer service
We had very good customer service from the outset which is a rare thing these days. We live in the Highlands and often have problems with deliveries but we were able to arrange this at no extra cost. We were given a discount and were able to discuss a divan base that split into four and zip and link mattresses. When the items were delivered we were very pleased with them. Thank you!

Dont order if you want your items in…
Dont order if you want your items in any reasonable timeframe, it’s been 18 days so far and still counting for a standard divan bed frame. Wish I had ordered it somewhere.
Edit:
The reply isn't correct, they haven’t contacted me and haven't rearranged delivery. Im not in the country on the 23rd june. I tried calling the delivery partner and it goes to voicemail. To be honest even if they were delivering it then - that’s 8 days after they said they’d deliver today, that is shocking service.
