Great customer service when ordering, knowledgeable & advised all I needed to know. The Blanket box is gorgeous, love the colour & fabric. Wonderful quality for the price & exactly what I wanted. Packed very well. I will also add the delivery service was excellent.

I was looking for a pocket sprung divan base as I had bought my mattress elsewhere. Comfybedss had exactly what I wanted at the right price. The whole process was straightforward. Communication for delivery was good and the delivery experience was positive as delivered as promised and the delivery drivers stayed in touch and let me know when they were nearby so we could be ready. Delivery was upstairs and they took care getting up the stairs. Overall a very positive experience and would recommend.

I placed an order for bed and had to cancel it within 48hours which the bed has not even dispatched from the warehouse. As I cancelled the order 50% restocking fee applied + £75 delivery. This is totally a day light robbery. Please aware that once you submit buy button you loss 50% even if you want change the size of it.

I ordered zip and link beds. One arrived with a massive dent / hole in the board that the mattress sits on. And beds don’t link!!! I told them within literally 3 minutes of delivery about this, but apparently not soon enough.
Customer services told me I was lying, to read the delivery note, and that I should have been able to see the inside of the bed for the damage, missing parts and fixtures prior to opening the packaging. Incredibly rude and dismissive.
I’ve obviously just not been working hard enough on my X-ray vision. Silly me!
If you value your time, money or peace, please, please order from someone else and avoid this company at all costs.
Update: No, it actually got worse. It’s not that the customer services is only bad, it’s that they are delusional fantasists. Because I had the cheek to ask a question during the sales process, I had been labelled “a difficult customer” who therefore must be lying. It didn’t matter that the problem was with a completely different part of the order than my initial question. It turns out there *were* parts missing but it took over 8 hours to get to that understanding because the “customer services” were so intent on writing a murder mystery novel instead of dealing with reality. Still no one will do anything about the damage, I’ll have to leave that to the credit card company to pursue a partial chargeback.
They are also liars. They told me they had a photo of the missing parts leaving the warehouse to me. I said: cool, can I have it to help me find them? Suddenly they don’t have photos any more. Trainwreck.

I recently ordered a bed from Comfybedss and wanted to leave a review because, even though there was an issue at the beginning, the way everything was handled really impressed me.
When the first bed arrived, unfortunately it had been damaged during delivery. It looked like this had happened while it was with the deliver company, which can happen sometimes. At first I was disappointed because I had been looking forward to receiving the bed and getting it set up, but I contacted Comfybedss and explained the situation.
The customer service team dealt with the issue quickly and professionally. They listened to what had happened, looked into it and arranged for a replacement to be sent out. I did not feel like I was being ignored or passed around, which made a big difference. They resolved the issue efficiently and effectively, and I felt reassured that they actually cared about sorting the problem out properly.
The replacement delivery was handled much better. The courier took more care with the item, and the delivery team were respectful, polite and professional. They handled the bed carefully, brought it in properly and made sure everything was treated with care. The difference in the replacement delivery was clear, and it gave me much more confidence.
Once the replacement bed arrived, I was really happy with it. The quality feels strong and sturdy, and it looks lovely in the bedroom. It is exactly what I wanted and feels like good value for money. The whole situation could have been very frustrating, but Comfybedss turned it around by dealing with the issue properly and making sure I received the bed in good condition.
Overall, I am very pleased with my experience. The first delivery issue was unfortunate, but these things can happen. What matters most is how a company responds when something goes wrong, and Comfybedss handled it very well. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good quality bed and a company that is willing to help when there is a problem.

1 star – A completely unacceptable experience from start to finish
I ordered a plush burgundy super king‑size bed from Comfy Beds, and what I received was nowhere close to the colour advertised. Not once, but twice, they delivered beds in completely different colour to what I ordered. The discrepancy was obvious in the photos, yet they refused to acknowledge it and dragged the issue out for weeks. They called it an acceptable variations per industry standards.
Instead of resolving their mistake, Comfy Beds attempted to impose unlawful return fees and restocking charges, despite UK consumer law clearly stating that no deductions can be made when the retailer delivers the wrong item. Their refund calculation was not only incorrect, it was blatantly non‑compliant.
Communication was dismissive, and unhelpful throughout.
To make matters worse, they sent a single delivery person to collect two super king‑size beds. He struggled, placed the beds on the floor while loading the van, and likely caused damage — all because Comfy Beds couldn’t even organise a safe, properly staffed collection. This was just one more example in a long list of incompetencies.
Wrong colours, wrong deliveries, unlawful charges, poor communication, and unsafe collection practices. I’ve now had to escalate the matter to my bank for a chargeback because Comfy Beds simply refuses to take responsibility for their own errors.
I strongly recommend avoiding this company. They will waste your time, ignore clear evidence, and leave you dealing with the consequences of their mistakes.

In their response, I’m glad Comfybeds have finally acknowledged that the colour of the first bed was not what we ordered — this is the first time they’ve admitted any inaccuracy with the colour.It also turns out the second colour was exactly the same as the first. Sending the wrong colour twice does not somehow make it correct.
Shame I can’t post pictures on company reviews — it would be far easier to let the public judge the colour difference for themselves.

They couldn’t even deliver fabric samples so beware of this company. Their attitude towards me as a potential customer was the worst I have experienced in years. They said I had to pay for further samples as they had posted them once. Never received nor updated on the Royal Mail tracking system. They even told me to order from someone else. I was polite and professional but got such resistance to look after a potential customer, I had already made up my mind to go elsewhere.
There have been a number of negative reviews recently and I am now wondering if this is a scam company with scam reviews.
Buyer beware.

Do not buy from this company. The bed frame was delivered to the room as promised, however the delivery guys do not unwrap the bed frame but make you sign that you are happy with the product.
Once unwrapped I noticed scuff marks and tears in the fabric. This is not something you expect from a new bed frame.
I contacted the company with pictures and was told that all they can do is offer a 10% refund. They do not offer replacements for their poor quality of their product and if you want to return it it costs more then the original price.
Really disappointed and would advise others to avoid using this company if you would like to receive a brand new bed that looks like a second hand used bed.
These guys do not stick to the policies stated on their website which says “What Should I Do If An Item Arrives Faulty?
If your Item arrives faulty, please contact our Customer Service team within 48 hours of Delivery. We may ask for photos or a brief description to help us resolve the issue quickly. A replacement or repair will then be arranged in line with your Warranty or Guarantee.”
