Shipping, product ,price ,all top notch

Sail looks good and the hardware seems sturdy. After installation it provides just the right amount of shade we were looking for. I've pleased with the purchase.

Good product, good price, fast processing.

I am a repeat customer of this company. They are very responsive and detailed. My orders have been "special orders" rather than stock items and they have always been accurate. The quality of the material is also very good and I love the color selection.

I ordered the samples for two types of sails, and was able to match the colors I want to my decor. I'll be ordering several. Thank you for providing free samples!

It appeared at first that the ColourTree Super Ring Shade Sail was a great product. We bought 4 of them to cover our public dog training space and they were better than we could ask for - for two summer seasons. This third time we put them up we noticed small splits in the fabric in several places which rapidly turned into tears all the way across the shade. We never had these shades up in high winds or under snow loads and never any debris landing on them or rodent access. These shades are warrantied for 5 years, but they would not honor the warranty - wouldn't even respond!

I ordered 2 rectangular shades and the hardware for one. Received hardware for a triangular shade. Contacted customer service and was asked if one more carabiner would solve the problem. He didn’t bother to check what items were missing so I sent him exactly what should have been included.

Very well constructed awnings. Shipping a bit higher because this was sent to the Caribbean. However, it was worth it. The awnings are perfect as a privacy fence shield as well as an overhead awning. I purchased white and they have a variety of colors and sizes to choose from.

I received the wrong order initially. The packing slip was correct, but the wrong items were in the package. I notified ColourTree via their website of the problem and attached a photo of what I received and the slip. Got a quick reply, but no offer of "sorry for the mistake", just a request for a photo of what I had already sent. Later I got another email wanting a clearer photo and that was sent. Then a 3rd request for another photo of everything I received. I sent that and explained I would like a replacement ASAP as I needed to get the sail installed before a planned weekend event. After the 3rd photo was sent, I got a "we're sorry" and a correct shipment would be sent and they asked if I would send the wrong package back. I agreed and had it at FedEx the next morning. ColourTree said my new package would be mailed that day (Monday) and I would get it by Thursday, asking if that was OK with me. I agreed. The package did not arrive until Friday so I missed my install deadline. I looked at the tracking and a label was created on Monday, but the package didn't reach FedEx until 12am Wednesday. Disappointed at the lack of urgency and concern. On a positive note, I'm pleased with the products. I would order again, but not when I'm on a time crunch.

Great customer service!

I did not get the product. I have not revieced any of the email tracking info promised. Your system is defeating your human operation and making you look bad. It maybe weather related but you need to monitor your automatic system so as not to defeat your human system interface.
