I recently purchased a pair of shoes, order number UK53137, and overall I am very happy with the product.

The shoes are excellent quality, lightweight, stylish, and very comfortable. Delivery was also very fast, so both the product and shipping experience deserve 5 stars.

The only issue I noticed is that the leather creates some friction when walking, causing an unpleasant squeaking noise, almost like a stuck door. I contacted customer support via chat at around 4:30 pm to ask what I could do to stop the noise. They informed me that support was available only until 5:00 pm, but even after waiting until 5:10 pm, I did not receive a clear answer or solution.

So, in terms of the shoes themselves, I would give 5 stars. Delivery was also 5 stars. However, the chat support experience could definitely be improved, especially when a customer contacts support before closing time and still does not receive proper assistance.

Great product, great look…. This coupled with immense customer service.. Has made Cole Haan my go to place for footwear.

Talk about quick! I ordered my latest pair Thursday evening and they were with me before lunch on Friday. Clearly, it's very easy to use the site and there were no hitches,,,as usual.
Another brilliant pair of shoes, this time slip-ons with visible laces - bangin'!

Totally awesome. Sent a stock enquiry email. It got replied the next day, with clear info, showing the person who replied actually read my original message and didn't just send a copy and paste response (something that happens way too much these days). Shoutout to Bobby for having his head on his shoulders.
Based on that interaction I went ahead and ordered a couple of pairs of shoes.
Order was shipped out next day.
Order was received the day after that.

Overall very happy with service, communication and the actual shoes themselves. Shame more companies can't be run as well as this.

I got the slip on sneakers in white color, I opted for a half a size down as they tend to be a bit big .
Most comfortable and stylish shoes ever.
Will get another color for sure .

Ordering was easy and delivery fast.

I bought shoes that didn't fit me, and the quality leaves much to be desired. I sent the package back 15 minutes after receiving it. I haven't received a refund, and they're not replying to my emails. Be careful before dealing with this company, if you can call it that.

I highly recommend Cole Horn my wife and I have a number of pair of shoes and trainers.

Great quality products

Ive recently purchased the Men's GrandPrø Luxe Slip-On Trainer in blue and i love these trainers.
Look smart and really comfortable.
I'd say that the sizing is slightly larger than expected as wouls normally go for 11.5 uk but the 11s were a great fit.
Would recommend and would buy from ColeHaan again as delivery was nice and quick.

Really happy with the quality and fit. Decent price . Leathers nice n soft .

First of all, the order arrived very quickly, and I received regular communications and updates throughout, which was reassuring. The shoes were amazing, of excellent quality, exactly as expected, and were safely packed to retain their shape.

In addition, after placing the order, I realised I had forgotten to apply a 10% spring promo discount that was available at the time. I emailed them within minutes, and within a day I received a response confirming that the 10% would be refunded—and it was.

Overall, from product quality to customer service, the experience was excellent.

These shoes are incredibly comfortable, with great cushioning and a stylish look that really makes it feel like you’re walking on clouds. My feet stay happy all day, and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone who wants both comfort and style.
