I trust more CoinRabbit, than my own traditional bank in Brazil. Their support was always super agile and efficient. Had 2 small issues, while using the platform. One in the interface and the other with a delay in a deposit; but both problems were solved quickly and effective. I don't mind they are an anonymous team, and I like that they respect their customers privacy also. Funds can be tracked on-chain and they don't use customers funds like many other platforms do.

They gave me a refund to a wallet they *knew* was not the right cryptocurrency. so the funds are now lost and they refuse to help.
They knew the whole time I was using BUSD, but they still gave it back in BNB and, in fact, they *asked* me to give them the original (BUSD) wallet address too, after I made it perfectly clear I was talking about BUSD (Eth).

I do only lending, and it s perfect... deposit, withdraw at anytime any amount sinc 6 months now.
The interest rate change, but still pay... and any way can withdraw if you are not happy with.
deposit is just use for borrower and stay in the app (no gamble on celcius, nexo etc...)

Scam. They froze and took ALL of my crypto assets. Please watch out.

Due to the situation that happened with Celsius, I had strong fears that the same thing would happen here and the withdrawal operations would be blocked or smth like that. But this did not happen and, after a detailed dialogue in support with the guys, they explained in detail why this could not happen for them by any chance. I have checked and made several withdrawal operations over the past few days and everything went well. I will wait out a little tense situation on the market and will definitely continue to use the service. Right now, awesome job.

I had several loans, some successful, some not but I've always received my service or help with it. 24/7 support helped me with any problem or question I had whether it's about liquidation, bug or my momentary lack of possibility to increase, when they kept my loan from liquidating. Email support and Nick in marketing are superstars! I accidentally sent collateral on wrong network 😳. Thought my whole bag was gone. Coinrabbit worked with me to recover and returned my crypto. If you have issues with chat support on website, email them and they will take care of you.

The experience in site to get a loan is very fast and reliable.... BUT when you need to increase the collateral sometimes you have erros on system to recognize your transactions... Many times i had to enter in chat and wait 1 day... Yes 1 day to my collateral get increased... and in that meantime was exposed to maybe get liquidated... it is a very serious problem if you sent coins that on explorer took 1 minute but one day on platform to be updated... It is not fair with the borrower and because that i would avoid it until the platform fixes that... /// I have to edit my review because price is reaching the liquidation threshold and after 24 hours nothing was made by coinrabbit team.... even sending a chunk amount to increase collateral and reduce the price... /// Final closing: The team act and performed the increase on collateral... refunded coins that were sent twice... after that i used the refunded coins and increased my collateral to my price target... After all i changed my vote from 1 to 5 star because that team assured that in meantime my collateral was locked and secured until the case be closed! So really professional and passed confidence!
