After a few months all right
Quite a few months onboard, their chat is very responsive and helpful, till now I had no real problems thought. Their rates are clearly above the average in the market. I think they should be more active in the digital media.

I deposited EUR into my Coinloan Account. I was not able to buy BR+TC with this EUR as the Crypto Exchange was "temporarily" unavailable. I reported it immediately to the Support Desk. I only received a response to say that my message has been received and will be dealt with.....it is now 8 days later....and I still cannot exchange EUR for BTC.......In the meantime, I have had to resubmit my ID picture and pictures of my Visa Card details.......I am really disappointed with the level of service. How can it take 8 days+ to complete a verification process!! Please guys - please attend to my problem!

They seem to be very serious and trustworthy. They're licensed in Estonia. And their new rates are really competitive. I've only withdrawn small amounts, just to check them, they were fast, next day deposited.

Have had a great experience with Coinloan so far. Had a delayed withdrawal and customer service quickly replied with issue being ethereum network congestion and not Coinloans fault.Withdrawals went through no problems. Site very clear and easy to navigate. Hopefully paying back loan and getting back collateral will be as smooth as everything else has been. Emails confirming all transactions come quickly and are instantaneous. Great experience so far !

I ran through some "proving myself" issues and I was quite rude to sofia yet she kept being very helpful and respectful at all times. She even eventually was able to fix the issue. The customer service here is amazing and I like everything about this site
