CoinLoan 

I provided some BTC as collateral and borrowed some EUR to test the service. Then I repaid the loan by using the "repay with collateral" option. Everything worked fine but I was charged ~1.5% "repayment with collateral fee". I have this on a screenshot so it's 100% true.
The service works good but the help articles AND the loan agreement document don't say anything about the fee (they actually say that there is no fee for early repayment), even though the "repayment with collateral fee" amount and transaction is CLEARLY visible in my transaction history and I have it on a screenshot.

My previous review was flagged by CoinLoan and removed by Trustpilot, so I'm adding 2nd review here. I didn't break any rules and I have screenshots to prove that what I wrote was 100% correct. If this review gets deleted as well, I'll start spreading this info outside of Trustpilot and I'll completely lose faith in the service. At the moment I still find the service useful and I only want from them to update their fee articles and loan agreement document to reflect the truth. If they do that I'll update my review.

You keep saying you don't charge a fee for early repayment with the collateral and you are entitled to your opinion but the fact is that there is a fee, even your system is calling it a fee. And that fee is mentioned NOWHERE on your website. By your reply it seems that you are not even planning to mention that fee in the future as well. The fee is clearly seen in the screenshot from your system and it is around 1.5% -

I'm updating my review to 1 star because you refuse to accept that there is a fee. It might be a conversion fee by a 3rd party, it might be something else, but it is something that is deducted from my account and this thing is NOT mentioned in the loan agreement, nor in the help articles.

Extremely poor service, had to do verification process many times - am subscribed to tons of other websites in the same area and never had any issues. Customer service always gives vague answers, they don't really care. I recommend using only much safer alternatives with better customer service. Several hidden fees also makes it just not worth it - there are several more remunerative options on the market. Just no reason to use this.

Be careful, small balances catch you and you cannot use them, change from crypto to fiat at least 15 dollars, send 50 dollars to external wallets and Know transfers from 10 Euros. Interests lost especially in crypto because to recover that small amount you must send to the cvoinloan wallet with the consequent transfer expense and it is not profitable.

Have been really impressed with CoinLoan so far. They seem to genuinely care about customer service and are super easy to contact via chat. Also love the app and how easy it is to use.

First I got a verification of income check which took forever. Then I got blocked from SEPA withdrawals without any explanation so my funds are stuck. Coinloan is also not willing to cooperate to have a final SEPA withdrawal to close the matter. Their own Terms & Conditions state a 500k withdrawal limit but Coinloan chooses to limit users randomly. Such a lack of transparency and simply untrustworthy.

I just registered with coinloan about a week ago and I was pleasantly surprised that they were very fast in answering all my queries. That gave me alot of confidence in them. Thank you coinloan...

High interest paid out every month. Buy CLT token to increase your interest up to 12,3% on fiat.

I have used CoinLoan for 6 months now. I store all my crypto here and use high interest accounts. Excellent customer service and no hidden fees outside unfavorable currency exchange quotes for large currency transactions (e.g. USDC/EUR). No operational issues.

Once I made a mistake in sending crypto incorrectly and they resolved my problem way faster than Coinbase with great patience and quick turnaround.

Stalking also paid gor me. I maxed it out. Highly recommend the platform.

Coinloan is an excellent cryptocurrency company. I am registered in several and it is for me, without a doubt, the best: easy to use, there are no hidden commissions, they offer a loan at a good interest and high interest rates on paid accounts. Performance of customer service is the key to me for deciding which business I should use. CoinLoan’s is definitely the best among those I have ever used before. Email response is always prompt within minutes and useful for solving technical issues. It is also providing one of the highest interest rate 10.3% for USDC, giving me a good passive income. For further improvement, just hope that it could merge wallet and interest accounts into a single account, just like BlockFi’s, so that we could use the fund immediately to buy crytos during the dip ;-)

The service provided far exceeds my expectations! The entire team is professional, prompt, and concise.

Their transaction speed has improved a lot. I withdraw my interest account and then I was able to receive it about more than a few hours passed deposited to my wallet. Making me able to sell high while Ethereum is up. I'll buy back once a dip happens and deposit again to my interest account.

You guys are doing a great job. Keep the EARN interest rates high and keep enhancing your security to protect customers from future exchange hacks.

Coinloan.io was one of the first few websites that I started using after researching places to purchase crypto. The account verification process was easy, customer support is always responsive. Currently credit card purchases are disabled but it’s not such a big deal as they have other means to make deposits.

I have been with Coinloan for a year and am very happy. All works fine. Answers always promptly answered to my satisfaction.

App quality is very poor. Many hidden fees and they will screw you over. Be aware of scam app.

I have been a customer for 5 months. I have had the occasional stuck transaction... always cleared up by their team with a few hours. I agree with the other reviews the user interface is awesome and very easy to understand. My confidence in this site gets higher each passing week. Great interest rates for lending also.
