An interesting product with services in DeFi. I will recommend to other friends as well.

I am from Taiwan and have used nexo and others platform . There is also a download and application for preliminary CoinLoan.
Because of the inconvenience of Chinese translation and the reason of the transmission chain ERC20, it is difficult for Chinese users to operate.
CoinLoan has higher interest than the related platform and has a European legal license. Hope can pay more attention to the needs of Taiwan or Singapore? Such as Chinese in-depth translation or other chain TRC20, BEP20.
I hope that individuals can easily use CoinLoan as soon as possible and diversify the risk of assets to earn more interest. I also wish that the CionLoan platform can expand the international market and increase the scale of assets under management.

Opened both a personal and corporate account very easily... Did a mistake when onboarding and support were very responsive and solved all issues quickly. Very positive start + very good rates offered.

After submit my documents they didn't let me use the platform. I asked the support team what was the reason but they didn't gave me a clear answer.

BIG SCAMMERS DON’T DEPOSIT MONEY. USE MORE REPUTABLE INTEREST ACCOUNTS.

They tell you all about their interest rates and give you instructions to wire them money, but never include in their instructions that your money doesn’t earn interest unless you transfer it AGAIN to an interest account.

I have been using the CoinLoan application for three months already (the Wallet functionality, Interest Account, and Crypto Exchange). So, I like the following things about the platform:

1) The interface is easy-to-use and intuitive. If you are a beginner in the crypto world, it will be no problem for you to figure out how the app works.

2) I had no trouble depositing and withdrawing crypto: all the transactions went through fast, without any problem.

3) The rates are more attractive than the ones at Binance and other similar platforms.

4) The support team is friendly and replies fast.

I have a question is this platform legal for USA citizens to use?

I’ve been using CoinLoan for 6 months and love it. Interest is awesome and compounded daily. Customer service is excellent and app is easy to use. Another big plus for me is the exchange includes XRP and they also pay interest on it. Thanx CoinLoan.

So far so good, deposited, got a loan approved quickly and bank wired to my account in a few days. Platform looks professional and easy to understand and use. The loan terms are competitive.

Once loan is closed and collateral released and dealings are done will write an updated review.

The platform compliance checks blocks funds for 2 weeks without good reason.

The support team is useless as they can't help clients regarding any queries. During my interaction with the support team they repeat the response 10 times without any valuable feedback. Customer service at its worst. The support team doesn't know how to formally register a complain with the platforms regulator. After finding the information myself the support agent can not confirm the regulating agency. He kept on repeating the same sentence that "we are a legal entity". That is all a customer can get from support service.

The perfect savings platform. I use it as a savings account (with separate private and corporate accounts) - it is the only account I have found offering a Euro-pegged "stable coin" (cEUR ), and allowing both private and corporate accounts. Interest rates are currently 10.3% for their EUR coins. I only use it for earning interest and exchanging crypto/on-ramp - I have not yet used it for getting loans myself. The sign-up is very smooth, they have a good helpdesk. The coin/token selection is not huge, but they have most major ones and USDC/USDT/TUSD/EUR stable coins. They have their own token CLT you can hold to get higher interest. They also allow exchanging within the platform, and free crypto withdrawals on a few native blockchains.
Crypto and fiat transfers are currently free, although they can take a few hours to complete (they bundle transactions together to avoid high fees). I am using the platform a few weeks now and have only experience with the android app. What I have noticed so far;
- a very active and friendly support team
- competitive interest rates
- loyalty program needs to be revised.
- a filter is needed for different kinds of crypto and categories.
