Customer service is good to work with. They were knowledgeable and answered my questions. I want to specifically thank them for speaking English so a person could understand there answers.

The agents were all so very helpful. And they made it a much easier and very smooth transaction. Even when there was a problem through the bank being frozen for some reason, they were so kind to let me know what was going on and fix the problem as quickly as possible.

Customer should be told that you cannot send USDC coin to an external wallet unless you have funds in Ethereum

Not only being able to talk to a REAL person within a couple of hours but someone who was professional, knowledgeable and was able to walk me through the CoinFlip process. As someone new to crypto who is just trying to learn, I also appreciated being treated like a person and not treat a convicted money launderer who had to prove his innocence before I could use their service.

Further, my wife emailed them and they still have yet to respond to her as well as texted them!!! Even With a receipt!!

While using the CoinFlip kiosk, I chose to use the cancel button to terminate the transactions and recover my cash. Nothing happened when using the cancel button, and the transaction completed. I called the service desk, and the person with whom I spoke was generally pleasant. She acknowledged the problem with the cancel button and indicated it was not the problem of CoinFlip, but rather the developer of the system. Not a very responsible response, obviously, nor did CoinFlip offer to help remedy this situation.

Jan 18, 2025 - Received a boiler plate response to help from CoinFlip, and when I asked for some sort of remediation, there was nothing. Be careful and manage expectations when using this platform.

Customer Service at the Coin Flip order desk was pleasant, welcoming and efficient. I was assisted through the whole process by Isiah Aslam whose on going helpfulness has been very impressive. He updates you through the process which takes less than an hour to have the bitcoin in your wallet. He was concise , knowledgeable and personable. It was a pleasure to work with him.

The individual working at the CoinFlip order desk was an exceptionally great person to be the face of CoinFlip. He is very professional, knowledgeable, patient and helpful. He did everything within his power to assist me in getting my application verified and approved.
However, CoinFlip asked and wanted verification of where my money was coming from and requested information that I wouldn’t give my own mother. They disapproved my application without the courtesy of telling my why. I can understand their reasoning for confirming I’m not laundering money or something else illegal. It took CoinFlip more than a week of business days to complete their verification process. I felt bad for my councilor, as he couldn’t get any answers to see what other hoops I could jump through to get approval. I’m not fluent in Crypto and just getting started. I had friends assisting me and that’s where I screwed up. Overall I gave CoinFlip a rating of 4 stars. Maybe it should have been a 5 star as some of this could’ve been my own stupidity of not knowing how to do the whatever’s.
