4 months for 2 withdraw still nothing

Been waiting for 2 withdraws already; First request was made back in December for 3 000$ (Almost 4 months now) and second one of
2 000$ almost 3 weeks now. They keep saying they have technical issues atm with massive tech challenges. They even have the audacity to say ‘’There has not been any single transaction with missing, stolen, or lost funds during the 4+ years of our operations.’’ Watch out, you might be able to deposit the funds, but to withdraw them, thats another story.

UPDATE; 8 months later still waiting for 3 withdraw requests.

Found a way to Withdraw

I was able to get my crypto out by trading for flare token (flr). I basically traded my xrp/btc for usdt then did a market buy of flr. I was then able to withdraw the flare token.
Their xrp wallet doesn't have any funds but their flare wallet does;

CoinField is now nothing but a scam

CoinField is now nothing but a scam , I am convinced that they will take your money if you make a deposit , so please be aware that if you do your funds will more then likely be gone . The communication from this company is horrible , just tell us all you went belly up or you ran to the Caribbean with everyone’s money already !
Total garbage exchange , DO NOT invest here PERIOD !!!

Still Waiting 5 Months for Crypto Withdrawal - BEWARE!

I have a fully verified 'Pro' account with Coinfield. When this company was a Canadian owned/operated company, processing deposits/withdrawals was seamless.

Now that this company operates out of Estonia, they are far from being a reliable broker. Beware! You will have no problems making deposits but it will be very difficult to withdraw any funds or transfer any of your crypto assets out of Coinfield.

My current ongoing request to transfer crypto out of Coinfield to a private wallet started back in September of 2022. Normally, these types of transactions in the past would be completed within 1 business day. I waited about 3 days and noticed that my transaction was stuck with the status 'Authorizing'. I proceeded to contact Coinfield's customer support and they told me that my request was being sent to their technical department. After a couple of days, the technical support department responded with 'Please be informed that the withdrawal is submitted and as soon as it is processed we will notify you.'

Another week went by and after contacting support for another update, I was given the following response:
'We acknowledge your concern regarding the current cryptocurrency market and sincerely apologize if the recent delay in the cryptocurrency withdrawal service affects you.  Please remain confident that your cryptocurrency withdrawal request of 'hidden' XLM is our top priority. You will receive the entire amount of cryptocurrency in your wallet. Please be patient as we work through your case.  We wish to confirm that all the cryptocurrency liabilities are covered and unlike other companies, there is no thought or intent to use your assets.'

More weeks go by and I receive more excuses from Coinfield's support department:
'We understand your concerns, and we are doing everything in our power to speed up this process. We are still waiting for the appropriate team to resolve all issues with the withdrawals. Unfortunately, delays are not fixed at the moment. We will let you know once it has been resolved.'

After 1 month of not receiving my crypto, I receive the following from support:
'Unfortunately, at the moment we are facing unforeseen challenges with some of the crypto transactions.  Our team is working on it and all the ongoing issues should be fixed very soon. All the funds are safe regardless of the status (enqueued, authorized or any other status). Please accept our apologies for the delay caused.'

After 2 months of not receiving my crypto, I receive the following from support:
'Unfortunately, we are still experiencing delays, and we can't provide any ETA at the moment.  Once the issue is resolved, you will receive a notification. Apologies for the inconvenience caused.'

After 3 months of not receiving my crypto, I receive the following from support:
'We are truly sorry for the delay you're facing with your withdrawal. Unfortunately, it has been caused by massive tech challenges we have been facing recently. But let me assure you that your withdrawal will be successfully completed, as with any other transaction on our platform. There has not been any single transaction with missing, stolen, or lost funds during the 4+ years of our operations.  All of the pending withdrawals are eventually being completed, some might take days or weeks due to various reasons, but there is nothing lost or not processed. You will see your withdrawals completed soon and we will notify you once done.'

After 4 months of not receiving my crypto, I receive the following from support:
'Thank you for reaching out to us. We understand that you are inquiring about the status of your transaction and apologize for the delay. Your transaction is currently being reviewed by our dedicated team and will be released to you as soon as possible. We are experiencing technical issues that are causing delays in the processing of withdrawals and apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. At this time, we do not have an estimated time of arrival (ETA) for the completion of your transaction. However, please be assured that we are working diligently to resolve these issues and will notify you as soon as your transaction has been fully processed. We apologize for any frustration or concern this may have caused and appreciate your patience and understanding.'

It has now been 5 months since my original request. There is absolutely no way that any broker can have ongoing 'technical' issues for so long and not stay in business. I don't believe that Coinfield is being genuine with its customers given my experience and the experiences I've read about on TrustPilot. Coinfield states that they are 'regulated' but there doesn't appear to be any process to contact their regulator.

Still waiting for my money been months and 40 emails/ 10 separate tickets. Messaged on twitter/IG they keep pretending they dont know whats up every time they reply (40 times) they say sorry about that can you please tell us about your problems so i tell them then nothing then I message again and so on..

Delayed Crypto Withdrawl. AGAIN & AGAIN

Over 3 weeks now since I requested my XRP withdrawal. 5 support tickets in and I’m getting the same answers as I see in other reviews regarding “technical issues”.

Based on the reviews I see here, your technical issues have been lasting over a year now.

There’s something much more wrong with Coinfield than what they are telling you.

This used to be such a good exchange but has gone downhill very bad in the past 12-16 months since they were acquired by Global Fintech Trading - Tingo.

Stay away from Coinfield.com

I am trying to transfere my chrypto from August 31 (it is Nov 22 today) and my transaction is "ENQUEUED"
8 WEEKS now
8 WEEKS and my tranfere is ENQUEUED
with NO explanationfrom support
no explanation beside BLA, BLA, BLA
"We understand your concerns, and we are doing everything in our power to speed up this process. We are still waiting for the appropriate team to resolve all issues with the withdrawals.
Unfortunately, delays are not fixed at the moment. We will let you know once it has been resolved"
how conforting ...
This is suppose to be a BASIC action not something that take 8 WEEKS !!!

Scam exchange.

Scam exchange.
Their CFC coin is a scam. No market to sell it.
No liquidity.
High fees for withdrawals.
Cannot withdraw any listed coin from months.

Very bad service

Very bad service. I trying to withdraw very few xrp from my wallet on coinfield but this xrp about less than 1400 xrp are enqueued since more than a month. I tried to withdraw at the end of September but after more than 50 days are still enqueued and I can't have my funds where I want. Maybe also CoinField is like Ftx or other scam exchanges ?

Withdrawals Stuck OVER A MONTH

My Withdrawals have been stuck on Enqueued for over a month. Coinfield Support keeps giving me generic messages stating they are having withdrawal issues. I have checked their wallets and they have no such issues. They are keeping our funds hostage.

Stay Away!!

I have used Coinfield for about 3 years. Early on they were somewhat slow, but still reliable. I recommended them to some family and friends. They have increasingly become more and more unreliable and slow. Taking weeks and months to transfer to a different exchange or ledger. I have XRP in waiting for them to allow the transfer. its been weeks. I have submitted a few tickets during the past month, and if they respond it, is a generic non-comital answer. They will not put the transfer through, nor give a reason as to why other than saying to just be patient.

To make matters worse, they won't allow me to remove and CAD to my bank account via Etransfer either. the service has been "temporaily unavailable" for a month as well. My crypto is stuck on their exchange and they won't allow me to pull it off.

Please stay away! save yourself. I am starting to believe they are fraudsters or going bankrupt. Whatever it is something isn't right.

CoinField is a global scam

My wife has XRP and we have been trying to move to our cold wallet but it has been over a month and they keep saying there are some technical difficulties. This is definitely a scam. CoinField is a global company and this is a global scam. I wonder how they are going to deal with the air dropped Flare and SongBirds.

Missing XRP/HORRENDOUS FEES

I bought some xrp haven’t been able to withdrawal. Customer service is basically useless and keep throwing me to another representative. I think these guys are a scam. Also the fees are ridiculous, I WOULD STAY AWAY!

STAY AWAY

I have been waiting 85 days or so and still have not recieved my XRP withdrawal yet. The same as others, i get excuses of technical issues etc. Meanwhile others have clearly gotten their withdrawals although delayed longer than they should be, but not 85 days and counting.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from this exchange, i have no idea if i will ever see my crypto again. I will update as I go along.

***Update 3 months later no sign of my crypto,they continue to stall and give me their cookie cutter answers. Bringing up my issue to others on their telegram got me banned. They dont want the truth getting out.

I have emailed Interpol and the FIU to report then for cybercrime, I have also created a telegram group by the name of "Coinfield Witheld Funds". Feel free to join, and I suggest everyone email cybercrime divisions in your respective countries as well as the ones that oversee Coinfield. More updates to come...

After almost 4 months of waiting, threats, emails to federal authorities I finally recieved my funds. Emails have gone out to major agencies that exist in the countries they operate in(RCMP, FIU, Interpol etc) I suggest those stuck do the same. I will never use these clowns ever again. Have been waiting for 3 weeks to get my XRP withdrawal. !!! They said max 15 days and now they keep telling me they have me in priority sequence and they are really sorry !!! I do not recommend coin field for any crypto traders . I feel they are untrustworthy . I don’t know if I will ever get my funds released
