I've been trying to get my BTC off this platform for over 3 months now (March 21st withdrawal date). Same excuse from Hans Kopel (customer service) that they are having technical difficulties with withdrawal from thier "partner"

Reading some of the reviews here, I'm going to try some of the suggested law firms and companies to try and get my assets back to me.

I would love to hear any way to get my assets off this scam platform that actually works.

Not advised to go near. I couldn't make any withdrawal. Each time I try they say I have to send a tax payment and after that they come up with another form of tax or fees and commissions. I paid different fees on three different occasions and still could not withdraw. They tell me that over and over again. The last line is that once I make the tax payment they will send me the documentation and in 15 days I will be able to get my money. It was almost after a month and I got no money from them. Nothing worked. I got things to work with Asch . ltd

I have spent the last few months trying to transfer crypto form coinfield to my wallet I even tried exchanging for other crypto still stuck in limbo with no response so I found on here that they have assets in flr tokens but to my loss you have to convert to usdt and once all said and done I started with 2717$ in assets and when I got my flr I got 63$ worth. So long story short I tried quite a few of the tokens they lost but none would export. Flair will but you won’t like the 99% losses. Stay away from Coinfield they are scamming people out of their hard earned money.

I have tried to withdraw my funds for 6 months !!!!! I am continuously total there is a problem they are trying to fix ! 6 MONTHS !!! How can I take this further ? Can anyone help please

What tf happened, pre 2021 they were great. I was playing on roobet and won 10k worth of btc. Had no problems getting that money over the corse of a week (e transfer limited how much how fast) and now it's been 2 months waiting on a $500 withdrawal. ALSO tried to use a box atm with ethe but the txid for my $200 transfer was fake showing on the block chain that they sent 18 f**king dollars to the atm company. Absolute f**king bs for real DONT SEND THEM A F**KING DIME

I have been trying to make withdrawals for 2 months now with no results. They keep stringing me along and I stupidly gave them the benefit of the doubt. The last straw was when they closed my complaint tickets as though they had been resolved (???) without even notifying me. It's time to be the squeaky wheel!

Don’t use CoinField - easy to deposit money & trade and so far impossible to withdraw despite claiming 15 days max. Same automated customer service email responses everyone else seems to be getting about some technical issue. Avoid.

Stay away from coinfield they are gonna scam you and take your money or coins. In the beginnings things will be fine then you gonna submit withdrawals that are gonna be pending for months and months then they gonna throw a word saying converting you assets to FLR to withdraw will get you money instantly but in the process 99.9% of your assets are gonna vanish

The Chairman’s name is Alex Lightman, all you have to do is Google his name and the word coinfield and you will see him bragging about this exchange and the coin….

He lives in Puerto Rico travels the world very often. But if you want your money back, I will start writing to him since he seems to be so proud of the six change that I thought was very strange. That one is $100,000 a year lease with no ownership. It seemed like a scam at the time, and I pass by on it only to think about it today and look at all the reviews and I was right.

All of your attempt to use the CustomerService will do nothing, you need to research the owns the company and go after them for your money.

I made a big investment woth them and bought XRP two years ago.
I tried to withdraw my coins to my wallet many times with no success.
Does someone had the same experience and can assist or help with this issue??

Please file your complaints to the exchange aggregators coinmarketcap, coingecko so that they remove them from their lists or mark them as scammers until they process clients' funds withdrawals. People fall their victims because they see them on that platforms and think they are legit while they are scamming their clients accepting deposits and holding withdrawals.

In November of 2022 I tried to withdraw 3 different cryptos into a private wallet. For months, I'd been messaging back and forth with Coinfield's Customer Experience rep, "Hans Koppel", who kept assuring me that it's just a technical issue and that they are working on it.
It didn't help that I was googling "Hans Koppel" and the search results said he's a fictional writer who's best known for the novel "She's Never Coming Back".
Definitely, my first thought is that CoinField is now trolling me.
I literally was about to give up, and I even threatened Hans Koppel with taking it to the proper authorities.
But miraculously, last week after 5 months of waiting, the 3 different withdrawals finally went through.
Obviously, I would never use CoinField ever again. But I feel there is still hope for the people who are still waiting for their withdrawals to go through.
Perhaps threatening to go to the proper authorities is what made them expedite the withdrawal?

COINFIELD ARE A SCAM!!

I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET SOLO AND XRP FROM THEM FOR OVER 8 MONTHS

I had to cut my losses - and put it down to exerience. They are thieves and it is a very expert scam.

There is a whole lot of wrongs going on here. Once I got in touch with them they have amazing customer service with a manager calling and explaining all the procedures, then you get transferred to another person explaining other procedures and their platform, and finally getting an account manager delegated for you.

They are extremely professional and you wouldn't feel that they are a scam. After making lots of deposits and trades my account went up to 347k. I had requested a withdrawal of 43k and that's when all my ordeal started. They kept coming up with different excuses and delay tactics only for me to discover next day I could not trade as everything has been wiped off my account. Everything!

I could not get hold of anyone. My broker stopped communicating with me and they cut me off all communication. I was at a huge loss for several weeks running into 12 weeks until I finally I reached a website which has stories full of scammers and I realized that I was just another victim.
I am posting my story here to let you all know that these are very professional people and it's not easy for people like us who are trying to make some income and also learn the method of trade to trust anyone.

This has been a very costly lesson for me. I did not revealed to them that I suspect that they are scammers. After the 13th week the account manager called me and kept telling me to invest 30k more to save the 347kthat I invested and I declined it completely and believe me, he is so convincing that if the red flags didn't come to me and I didn't come across that article on that website, I would have been fooled more. It was one.tech,finance that saved me from all of this trouble.
