Anna was super helpful when it came to getting back into my account

My experience was great because James Cook stayed online with me the whole time and when things did not work the way they should, he reset my password. I am in my live account.

At first i was nervous because one of my transfers for 8k was under review and took some time. I initiated the withdrawal request on Friday. I was scared as early Monday morning I did not see the request even though money was deducted from my trade equity. During the waiting period the customer service was amazing and they were very helpful. Yes, they may sound vague but they eventually and always have come through. I recommend coinexx to others. Just give them grace and they will come through. I thank them for that. Definitely worth being a client

Been trading with Coinexx for a while. It is an excellent company. Their customer service very good. There has been no issue with deposit and withdrawals. It is one the best brokers in the world - especially for US customers who want to trade gold and other currencies.

Mostly the service is great. Very polite and responsive staff. However, getting money out is NOT what they advertise, unless it is under $2500. It takes about 3 days EVERY time. You have to answer several check point questions, phone interview, etc. every withdraw. The process was quite frustrating. A manager reached out after my negative review here. He directly addressed my complaints/questions and listened very well. Details were filled in that prior staff didn't answer adequately. Once handled, he said he would train the staff I had talk to on the previous 4 withdraws in 3 months that didn't explain this properly. What great customer service from him! FYI, this is to make sure it is not fraud, but the odd slows and lack of transparency made me suscipcious. I have never seen this in 30 years of trading before. It adds time and didn't make sense. Overall I am pleased, now that this got sorted out. Be sure to ask questions if you want to do withdraws over $2500, even if it's just profits. Know it is more like 5 working days if over $10-20k in a 24 hr period.

I’m giving my hats off to Coinexx!! They absolutely helped with the withdraws and when I was using cashapp they absolutely gave me a hard time. But the customer from Coinexx absolutely helped me! I’m just absolutely locked in with them for life
