Scammers! Don't use this website. I have tried to withdraw my MAGA coins and they made me wait 1-2 Weeks and with that made me lose $160 USD!!!

DONT USE THIS SITE!!!

Never had any issues, easy to use, no KYC, many trading pairs. However, no info about who is behind the exchange and where it is located.

Do not invest here. i repeat DO NOT INVEST HERE. i invested $500 last year and got nothing in return. I keep on sending lots of email even report to _epf plc_ after so many calls and email that i sent them were not responded to.

an absolute fraud, I was up $260 on one of the coins, but it did not let me close at market price, instead it closed my position for 60$ loss. The liquidity was there, the volume was there, but my position got closed for loss. Stay away from this shlthole

This has been one of my best exchanges to do business with. Ease of use, great number of new alt coins and low spreads.

‏This should have been my total loss. However, the platform recorded a cumulative loss of 105.10 USDT, which is disproportionate and raises concerns. I also observed unclear charges and liquidation conditions that were not transparently communicated.

‏Request for Resolution:

‏I kindly ask for:

‏ 1. A detailed explanation of how the PNL and liquidation price were calculated.
‏ 2. A review of the transaction logs and fees applied to my position.
‏ 3. Compensation or adjustment if any errors are confirmed in the liquidation process.

Created account , they told me i'm verified and all good . Deposit balance to start invest . then they sent to me that im not verified and my account banned without any reason and no way to refund my deposit again. even support reply dont try to contact us again

Great platform !! , Coinbase delisted Deso and I was stuck with it no exchange would let me trade it , managed to send to coin ex and exchange for Ada and then send back to Coinbase for very low fee , 5 stars

I sent in 25$ to swap CET, but it refused and I wanted to withdraw my funds and it refused to initiate withdrawals for almost two weeks.

still not able to withdraw after weeks of complaints. avoid this if you're not looking to lose even more.

This CEX has the most slowest customer service. They only reply on you once a day. Dont even try to use this.

Coinex is not worthy
+ high fees: transfer out of platform costs $6,1USD (10/2024)
+ platform may decided not to charge the account and keep the coins. Transfer is confirmer in a block, refund is not available, but receiver got nothing
+ useless for smaller transfers

I have deposit 1k, and my account has been frozen.
Could you told me how can I withdraw it.

Everything worked smoothly, from deposits to trades to withdrawals. My only complaint is that the interface was a bit laggy.

Scam, Don't fall for it,They got banned in several country.

I got hooked and still nothing from them but
baktrail;'' got me outt the mess.

Coinex is thief and fraudulent. I bought crypto from swap section. First they showed a reasonable price. But when it finished I saw they have used a price of 2 percent more than what they showed. They don't answer or refund!!!!

I deposited, withdrawed and kept over 10k$ cryptocurrency for about 5 years WITHOUT ANY PROBLEM.
one time my trade passed through contract liquidation price for hours (the liquidation price were about 5% before the liquidity completely drys out) but they didn't liquidated me! I think it is because there were still orders to support the trade to close without a loss of the debt.
I love Coinex so much.

Sadly, CoinEx has failed to deliver in this regard, specifically with my NORMIE coins.

Despite numerous attempts, I have been unable to withdraw my NORMIE coins, which has caused me significant inconvenience and concern about the security of my investment. I understand that issues can arise, but a lack of resolution has left me feeling helpless and unsatisfied with CoinEx's services.

As a customer, I expect more from a cryptocurrency platform, especially when it comes to managing and accessing my digital assets. I hope that CoinEx addresses these concerns and improves its platform, so other users do not encounter similar difficulties. For now, I must leave a one-star rating to reflect my dissatisfaction with their service.

This company is a scam along with their admin Avarinth Yohann. You will invest a small amount and then they will show you the great profits you made but you need to deposit an additional amount in order to withdraw those profits. After you deposit the additional amount they will come up with an excuse for you to deposit more and more and more. You will never get anything out of them.
