I heard a lot of good things about coinbase, but my first experience has been terrible. As my registration took so long to get approved. I needed to make an urgent payment but I had to use other service. I would suggest them to make the approval faster.

Have had poor experience with coinbase…
Have had poor experience with coinbase from start. Extended time to register, too many questions on crypto withdrawals, they held my funds on the account for 3 weeks until their review was complete. Otherwise they have a good service but the time stretch is not acceptable for me.

I've been using Coinbase since 2021, but no more!
I've been using Coinbase since 2021. They recently increased their trading fees based on 30-day trade history. The issue I have is their fees are double what other exchanges charge. Coinbase would rather lose a client for life than be a little less greedy with their fees. I spoke with support and they refused to offer me a solution except to spend more money to get a lower fee tier when their competitors are already lower than them... NO THANKS!

Coinbase is the largest crypto exchange in the US yet they are clueless about crypto and how crypto holders want to use their crypto. I had my account locked twice this week for trying to move my assets off Coinbase. I logged in with my credentials, 2FA, had to submit a copy of my government issued passport (AGAIN), and submit a video and audio recording of myself. After several hours my account was unlocked but restricted and I could not move my crypto. It took two days to speak with a CS rep and a day later finally was granted access to my assets. The moment I tried to move my crypto, my account was again locked and I
I'm still waiting for coinbase to decide when they want to give me access to my crypto. I will be moving all my assets of coinbase so that I can use my crypto the way it was intended. All the benefits of crypto, seamless, frictionless, PERMISSIONLESS, 24/7 transactions can't be done on coinbase. If you have assets with coinbase, you need to get their approval to use them. Coinbase is the opposite of everything BTC was created for.
