I ordered a French Press on this website for €29.96 including delivery. I made the purchase using a One4All gift card that had a balance of €30. When I made the order I received an email notifying me that my order had been placed.

However, a week later I received a notification informing me that my order had been refunded. I never asked for a refund. I was then told a short while later that my order had been refunded as the product was out of stock.

Had I known it would take this long and this much hassle to buy a French press with CoffeeClick I would have gone elsewhere. I even signed up to the newsletter to get 10% off my purchase. The onus is on CoffeeClick to ensure they actually have the products that they are advertising so that they don't waste people's time. Now I have to go through the rigmarole of having to wait for the credit to return to my One4All before I can use it again. This is a completely unnecessary inconvenience.

Have been a customer of Coffee Click for over three years. Service is always excellent from the company, pods are generally delivered within 48 hours of placing an order. Couldn’t recommend the company more highly.

I'm a home customer, so while I drink a lot of coffee, and I'm fussy about it, I don't buy huge quantities. While CoffeeClick is primarily a wholesaler I think, their customer service for a small customer like me is top class. So too is the quality and range of coffee. Apart from the occasionaI experimental purchase in supermarkets and delis I only buy my coffee from coffee click.

The second time when I get back from ordering my coffee. Shipping is fast, quality and price are excellent. I recommend it to everyone who is looking for a serious website, as you can see all the good reviews. ☺️👌

If there were no stars that's what I would give. I ordered Chai latte coffee and got a completely different one. I emailed and I was told it was the same product but different packaging so I opened but again but it was totally different. I emailed back and was told that they were sorry, I would be refunded and they would collect coffee and if that was OK. I replied and got another email back to say they wouldn't collect and I would have to post back myself and they would then refund. This has been going on for nearly 2 weeks of them going to collect, then not collecting. Definitely won't use again.

If time is of the essence, you can’t count on this. Very bad in tracing orders to deliveries to ensure completeness. I ordered three items but only received one. Ruined the whole plan as it was supposed to be a gift for Christmas that’s why it was ordered 4 days earlier.

The team at CoffeeClick are always helpful and the coffee quality is second to none. Orders are delivered quickly and the new website is super.

I ordered Lavazza coffee beans from coffeeclick and for the past 4 weeks I am consuming the coffee made from this coffee, the quality of this coffee is so outstanding that the taste of the coffee is so strong and so aromatic that it will keep you active and also the flavor taste of this coffee beans are so genuine that the quality worth price of this product.

Excellent service and delivery. I am just so disappointed that the price of Lavazza coffee pods has gone up so much . Let’s hope there will be a special offer on those in the near future .
