DO NOT ORDER FROM COCOSBRIDE! This company cheated me out of my money and offer TERRIBLE service. I received a dress that didn't match the picture/description online. They didn't want me to refund my dress because they said it was "customized" even tho it was not. Then, they asked me to pay the express deliver fee to china, but NEVER CLAIMED my package!!... I emailing them over 3 months to tell them the package was ready to be claimed, but they straight up IGNORED ME. *baffled..* I ended up getting the package back in the mail 5 months later, but of course after all that time, it was now too late to even submit a refund claim through my credit card. So I encourage you not to purchase from this company. I never write reviews, but felt like this was too much not to share....

I bought a dress but later i cancelled the order before 24hours of the purchasing and i sent email to request the refund but after 3 days they answered that the dress is already in production but i said that i cancelled on time to asked the refund and they said they will back the payment but after that email i didn't received any answer about when and how they will do it. is almost 15 days i'm waiting for my money.

I am absolutely outraged by the wedding dress I received from this site. It is a complete disaster and a blatant lack of professionalism for such a special occasion in my life.

Firstly, the dress is extremely poorly sewn. I had specifically provided my measurements for a custom fit, but it seems this was completely ignored. The dress doesn’t fit me at all, as if it were made for someone else.

The neckline is indecent, way too deep, and the right breast cup sticks out shamefully. The lace on the back is poorly attached and constantly falls, which is unacceptable. On top of that, there are small stains on the fabric, which is totally unacceptable for a wedding dress.

This dress not only ruined my shopping experience, but it also jeopardized one of the most important days of my life. I strongly advise against using this site for anyone looking for the perfect wedding dress. The quality and attention to detail are completely absent. It’s a pure and simple scam.

I ordered a dress and got an email saying my dress shipped 04.27.24. It is now 05/10/24 and I have emailed them about 8 times asking about my dress. They keep sending me the same shipping info that shows usps: On 4.08, they said they were confirming and will get back to me. I have sin e then emailed them 3 times inquiring about a refund since I do not have my dress and they have not answered my email. There is no contact phone # for this

My review is based solely on customer service, as I found this page before I placed my order, luckily I think. I asked specific questions regarding a dress and received very little information back. I resent my questions, and they were ignored. While $300 is not a lot of money, it is still hard earned money. So, my experience was that they do not care about giving you the fine details so that later you have nothing to back up your claim of a bad job. It is a shame because a while back all this company received was high marks, but lately one 1 or 2 star reviews. Not taking the chance. Sorry

I chose 2 dresses and they arrived the same as the pictures. When I showed them to my friend, who is a designer, she told me that they were well made! I am really in love with them

Horrible customer service. Reached out to do a return and how conveniently they will only give you return adress IF they agree with you unsatisfaction!! All I wanted was to return dress for different color and they didn't even bother to contact back no matter how many times I tried. Went over the 7 days return policy real quick. Pathetic. Save your money.

I'd like a minus star option and I'd give -5. Ordered a dress early 2022, (maybe even late 2021) still waiting for dress or refund! If you're looking at this site, my advice is go elsewhere.

Worst dress ever. Not similiar at the pictures. They don’t return the money. Don’t buy

I hate to even give them 1 star. The dress I received looks nothing like the dress I ordered. The color is wrong, they made it too short, the description days rhinestones and pearls they covered the top of the dress in these big ulgy pearls. The dress was suppose to be a sweetheart neckline that lace up in the back they put this super ulgy not so sheer lace on my dress. And they've yet to respond back to me. Don't waste your money

DO NOT ORDER!! Absolutely horrendous quality, looks nothing like the photos. To send it back from the Uk will cost me around £25 and coco bride are telling me they will deduct $20 from my refund on top of this to cover the cost of delivery sending it out- which on my invoice postage cost them £8.99!? Very disappointed an absolute pile of s***!!!
