I ordered a metal Montessori puzzle for my 8-year-old son on the 8th of January 2026. Continued to receive progress on the shipment from Croatia, until 06 February 2026. On Friday, March 13th, 2026, I sent an email to customer service, and they responded that it was delivered on the 20th of February 2026.
I would never buy anything from Splentdid.
It is a big SCAM Company.

Try to buy pliers for snap on brass fittings . Their tracking said it came from Germany . They at one time said I never order it , but my card was charged on 2/9/26 . Now they said it was delivered to my mailbox on March 2 2026 . But it wasn't there . So they stole my money no product !!! They lie through their teeth . Too they say they upated my tracking but nothing changed . They stole $32.00 . for no product .

Back in January, I bought a set of puzzles for $38 and never received them. The company refused to refund or send me another item. PayPal wouldn't refund me the money either because they had a tracking number that said: "Item was delivered in a mailbox." It was definitely not my mailbox. Stay away from this site.

I ordered some hosta seeds and they charged $21.00 more than the price that was stated My credit card company took away the $21.00 but I received after 45 days 3 small packs of seeds with an address from right here in Chicago while the tracking info was telling me that the package was somewhere in Ireland. Theft…that is what it is. I got the same seeds for $9.00 from Temu and more with no shipping cost. Do not buy from Splentdid

SCAM COMPANY! The items I ordered in December showed up over a month late but the seller did not pay the postage. I had to go to the post office to find out why I got a green slip in the mail and they explained that many scam companies are shipping items without paying the postage. I would have had to pay over $10 to cover the unpaid postage in order to receive the package. The postal worker advised me that I could refuse the package and it would be returned to the seller, so I refused the package. I contacted the seller and they are stating that they will not refund me because they didn't get the package back. They are SCAMMERS. They need to be SHUT DOWN.

I ordered Christmas ornaments for my wife. I was over-charged for tax ($18 on a $62.99 order). I contacted them and requested a refund, instead the extra $18 was refunded. I never received the ornaments, despite numerous emails and promises from Splentdid. I asked for a refund at least three more times, and that request was never honored. They even changed the shipping number to speed up the order (so they told me), but two months later and nothing but wasted $62.99. Thankfully, Discover credit card is crediting my account, because they have coverage when online purchases do not arrive. Most insulting was I found the same ornaments on Amazon for for $47.00 LESS! DO NOT DO BUSINESS with Splentdid.

I recently ordered a product and had the tracking turned on. I was notified that the product was delivered...But after checking our mailbox, I can confidently say that it was NOT delivered. I have checked every day for the past days. Although I got replied to my emails to customer support, I don't have the product which I ordered. Too bad they don't have a photo confirming delivery. After reading other reviews, it seems that this is an ongoing problem for this company. I guess I will never order from them again.

I ordered a gift for my baby granddaughter and after almost a month I received a tracking notice that it was delivered and it wasn't. I emailed customer support just was told it was delivered and we should check with the post office. My son lives 14 hours away from me! I know they will be told the post office doesn't have anything for them. I should have check reviews before I ordered it.

ZERO STARS!!! I finally received my candles 8 weeks later and they were a joke. Healing candles represented to have crystal fragments in them, nope - a rock painted purple or whatever color. They were gifts i could not give. With a gelatin for the candle like 30% full. I spent over $100 and they offered me $10 back. Said shipping to China was too expensive. This place is a joke.

Horrible shipping, no communication. Will never order again.

I would give zero stars if that were possible. FAKE FAKE FAKE. Someone always replies to your emails so you think you're actually making progress...you aren't I ordered a funny calendar from an Instagram post. Yea Yea I know. But I've ordered products here and there from Instagram and either had success or was able to return something. Not here...Nope, you just keep being told the package is coming with some bogus tracking number that never really leads anywhere. I'm ashamed to admit I fell for this stupid scam. I will be disputing this charge and reporting this business anyway, anywhere and to anyone I can.

Wish I could give a 0. Same complaint as everyone else. I feel foolish for falling for it! Also paid $20 for shipping! What was I thinking? I ordered through PayPal. They will refund my money for the items (not the shipping) but I need to send them to China with a tracking number. That will probably cost me more than they are worth.

I have had the same experience as all the other reviewers. Ordered the Christmas boxes December 10th and have yet to receive them.
Have not been able to communicate with company.
I should have done my research. I write this review in hopes others will benefit - and not order from this company.

I have purchased 3 separate orders

Placed an order for the Christmas Surprise Box (2 of them) on December 3rd 2025. It is now January 8th 2026 and the boxes have not arrived. I should have read the reviews prior to purchasing as many people complain about never receiving their order. I should have noticed something was wrong when I didnt get an expected date of delivery

Zero Stars. Ordered 3 weeks prior to Christmas, same as others and gave no date on expected arrival. When it arrived 2 weeks after Christmas, I asked to return it for a full refund, as their policy states on their website. They refused and said they could only offer me $5. DO NOT use them!

This company sucks....... PERIOD.

There customer service is awful and do not buy anything. It takes 3 weeks and they can not offer any customer service. No offer for refunds for anything.

I would not even give them 1 star. If you take orders for Christmas and it arrives 2 weeks after and there website does not state how long it will take for you to recieve the items. By from any other company but these bozo's

ordered Dec 6th with expedited shipping to Portland, OR. Jan 7th and the package is presumably still in transit.

At this point it feels like its a scam but at best theyre just a really poor retailer taking money for upgraded shipping services and still shipping extremely slow.

Im unsure how this company received any stars. I seem to be in the same boats as others reporting on them. I ordered 3 items, expedited delivery, and still have not received said items. I've emailed them and received vague responses. The stated that cant refund my money and only way to communicate is via email, when I asked for a customer service contact. I will be doing the same and reporting the charge to my bank and disputing this claim.
