I think that the team did a great job at being with me throughout the whole way. Anything i was curious about, anything i needed help on, they were there and answered in a really timely matter. It took me longer than expected to be able to get into my first property however the way they have the program set up is that you work at your own pace.

Overall well detailed. The team took me through each step of the way so far and taught me how to set up a good business foundation. I learned that it's best for your credit age to atleast be 3 years to get proper business funding.

Within Slack (the app that Coach Inayah uses) there is a personal chat with you and 15 other members. Everyone on the team is helpful and willing to respond to your questions or doubts you may have. The steps I took until now was to get the LLC, then credit a business account and then apply for a credit card. It does seem like a lot of steps but Coach Inayah's Team helps you every step of the way.

They have been so resourceful and insightful through out the whole process, I will say everything takes patience! But I’m a grateful for the turnkey program

From helping with Funding. To helping you run the numbers for the specific apartment or homes that you have in mind so you can have an idea of potentially how much you can make compared to comparable sized apartments for homes within the area is perfect. Also, they walk you through the Process from getting Funding to finding the unit and then signing the lease and going down the checklist of all the amenities that needs to be signed up and under your business name to ensure a smooth and seamless set up so that you can be ready for your first booking. This company is organized, helpful, absolutely supportive and always available to assist you with the multitude of questions that I’m sure any first time AirBnB host will have.
