Yeah for Coach Canada!
I use Coach Canada with my Time of Your Life Group Day Tours. They always use the same driver (Sasha) so we know each other very well and work well together as a team.
I have found the coaches to be clean, reliable and on time.
This is why I have rated Coach Canada a 5/5.

Booking was a bit of a crapshoot. Our agent didn't seem prepared and was difficult to reach (I had to remind her about payment).
Google Maps listed the trip at 10.5 hours, so we were surprised that it took 14 hours (with stops) each way. For some reason the drivers chose longer routes that added at least an hour each way. (Confirmed after we arrived), Both driver exchanges were a little out of the way, and on the way home the relief driver wasn't expecting us until the next day. That cost us another 45 minutes.
Our main driver however was decent.

Everything was Great! Friendly driver, which is essential when you're towing a huge group of Youth! Thanks for being so kind to them!

Very quick to respnd and book the buses I needed

Coach Canada were very friendly and easy to work with, made our Team Travel event a stress free event. Drivers were both very friendly.

Mostly good treatment. Sometimes when I request airport picks ups for groups they send an older bus without much under luggage compartments. This is disappointing. Also, I wish their smaller coaches (24 seaters) were more affordable compared to the regular 47-passenger coaches.

Our driver was wonderful and handled a mid-trip bus switch with excellent precision (the video monitors were not working). It is not easy to move 30+ seniors from one bus to the other! The service was awesome all week, and our driver was able to get the bus in and out of any tight situation. Thanks so much!

Some passengers said that the knee room between seat rows was too narrow (I agree).
The suspension over minor bumps and cracks on the road reminded me too much of the awful school bus suspension.

Everyone I dealt with by phone was extremely helpful and courteous.

The one person I met face to face was the driver and he also was very courteous, friendly and helpful.

Overall this was a pleasant experience dealing with this company.

Traveled with a group of students to and from an overnight trip. The bus ride was very safe and comfortable. Office staff were very accommodating and made the booking a breeze. I would definitely use Coach Canada again for future trips.

it's been a long time since we booked a charter (years) but my memory is that we had excellent service and a very good price.

Since the inception of the Kawartha Komets Special Needs Hockey Program in 2009 Coach Canada has been providing service to us taking us to tournaments both in Canada and the US. Coach Canada has always gone above and beyond as far as providing us with amazing, flexible drivers, clean. safe buses in great condition, safe, timely travel, and friendly, knowledgeable administrative staff to help us plan our trip and overcome any challenges we might have.
