We purchased our first home through co-ownership and the whole process was very smooth and staff more than willing to help with any questions we had along the way.

Without co ownership I wouldn't be sitting in my new home today. They are very efficient and quick when evaluating and inspecting properties I looked at but luckily I only had 1 property that wasn't suitable for co ownwership but after seeing the indepth report I knew what to look out for when viewing other properties. 3 month on I am now sitting in my new home that I can afford. (Mortgage) so thank you for everything and getting me to where I now after a very difficult year.

Great way to get going with my frist ever home

Co-ownership has been great and I wouldn't of been able to afford a house by myself without co-ownership. They are really understanding and easy to talk too especially since I had no experience in buying a house . Now am in my new house and loving it.

Advisors were very understanding and helpful, but their advise wasn’t always correct. Often I couldn’t log in to my account, even though my login details are correct. Saying that, they helped me buy my first house- it’s a small price to pay

Good service

I am so happy (and relieved) to have purchased a home with Co-Ownership. For solo buyers on modest incomes, this is a lifeline. Housing security is a basic human need and the precarity of renting in the private sector is worsening in the current market. It's wonderful to finally have a place to call my own. Co-ownership dealt with everything very promptly - anyone I spoke to or emailed were helpful and supportive. I am so grateful to you all. Many thanks and happy New Year!

It was such a straightforward application process. All information was given to us at each stage and we were well informed of everything. It is such a great way to get onto the property ladder as first time buyers. I will definitely recommend to anyone I know going to but their first home.
