Excellent service for anyone to help them get on the property ladder. Helpful.staff

My wife and I purchased our first home with the help of co-ownership, was a really great experience with no really worries or issues. We enquired online, went in for a meeting to chat about affordability and how co-ownership all worked. Once we applied we were accepted in less than a week (if I can remember correctly), supplied all documents needed which again wasn’t anything unexpected.

Once we had sale agreed, the estate agent took over and with our solicitor co-ownership sorted everything out on their side for us. If we did have any questions we could call and have an answer straight away which was fantastic to see.

Overall it was a great experience, friendly and professional staff and couldn’t recommend them enough. We were finding it difficult to save for a 10% deposit with how high our rent was, and if anyone else is in a similar position I would really encourage you to look into the scheme.

Because of co-ownership I now have my own house. I couldn’t have done it without them. They were with me every step of the way and had my best interests at the forefront always.

Nice experience

Was happy with initial contact with yourselves but as time got closer to completion, there was more demand of me. Such as getting a deposit for a mortgage. I was told from the beginning of this process that zero deposit was required. Which give me more money to use when I eventually moved into my new home. Which in my case wasn't to be. Overall was happy with the process but for such a hefty outlay. Thank you.
