The Cooperative Bank is an excellent bank with excellent pedigree!
I joined the bank when I was on my knees financially nearly twenty years ago. Their service is impeccably honest, straight forward with no faff or subversive charges! It is there to help you, and it does it in a way I couldn't better!
I highly recommend this bank to anyone who leans to all of the above. Do yourself a favour and start, or make a fresh start (as I did) with this wonderful service!

Fast, professional and friendly advice.
I used the 159 service to place a call with Smile's fraud team after receiving what I thought were scam messages about my account. I received prompt, professional and friendly help, was taken seriously and listened to carefully. All the issues were resolved and I had lots of opportunities to ask questions and get all the information I needed. It was a huge relief to get straight through to a person who could help me, rather than battling scripted menus that don't have the option needed. Excellent service.
