I’m still waiting to receive mine (but it’s only been 2 days) but I forgot to enter my 5% discount. I mentioned it in a reply to their acknowledgement email after my purchase and a representative named Bella write back to say not only would they refund me the 5% but a little extra.

As a new Axolotl owner I was kind of skeptical but took a chance and ordered an aquarium chiller from KitNeed a company I never heard of before. The price is what attracted me. Other companies were way more pricey. I not only got a great price, and product, but I also got great costomer service. I highly recommend this company.

There was a slight issue with the storage bag but Chloe was quick to respond and offered a solution that we were happy with. The customer service has been great, and I would recommend Cncest 100%.

So far the return process has been fine

I ordered a water pump; prompt delivery. However, it was faulty and did not pump. I contacted CNCEST, who didn't seem to understand the fact that it was faulty. Here is their first response: "It is difficult for me to determine the issue with the product based on your description." So saying the pump doesn't pump water seems to be too difficult for them to understand? Many emails later with similar replies, I am still waiting for a refund. Avoid like the plague.

Avoid this company!
Their "stainless steel" pump was completely rusted after only five months and became unusable and dangerous!

Instead of honoring the warranty, they repeatedly offered partial refunds and demanded that I remove my negative review before they would send a replacement.

Months later, the warranty claim is still unresolved. I have received neither a proper replacement nor a full refund.
I cannot recommend CNCEST.

Great customer service, problems solved within a good time frame.

I ordered a temporary sink for my kitchen. The website offers a vast array of products to choose from. The delivery was fast and effective. Customer care is very responsive to answer to any enquiry.
