“Route Package Protection” fee
I still need help to remove or refund “Route Package Protection” fee. I have waited several days and the only response I got was “your item has been shipped and it is too late to cancel the Route Package Protection.” First, it is not my fault that it takes you so long to respond to this issue. Second, I don’t understand why Route Package Protection was set as default. It is easy Customer to accidentally select it or forgot to deselect it.
I have been a supporting customer for a while and I hope to continue to be a customer here. This is the second time I have to contact the customer service for this issue. Last time Route Package Protection fee was refunded back to me but this happened again and I didn’t get any help.
