At first I purchased frameless picture and I was not happy with colors. Once ai reached out to customer service, they sent me another picture free of charge. I was able to keep both pictures. Pictures are high quality too!

I bought the coastal bloom canvas and I love it, the colors are vivid and it came really quickly

brought a large picture in a aluminium frame, the picture was o.k but the frame was extremely poorly made, with the mitres not lining up leaving a gap in the corners very disappointed and would not recommend or bye from this firm again

Extremely low quality, extremely low resolution.

$599 for a 60x40 canvas. A Real piece of flea market junk. This thing isn't even stretched properly. Couldn't be worse. Avoid at all costs. I will be disputing with AMEX.

Terrible product, terrible experience. I purchased a canvas print with the intention of getting it mounted on a frame. The print came with no bleed lines and therefore in order to frame it, the artwork will be jeopardised. The only alternative they offered me was to repurchase the print and have it framed by them directly, adding additional costs. I was not offered any other alternatives.

Slow shipping and processing time. Product is not worth what I paid. I believe it’s overpriced. Easy build frame is not easy. Instructions are a joke. I had to use my own hanging kit. Frame is unbelievably flimsy. Just not a good deal all around.

Dreadful quality prints. Nothing like what was advertised - and extremely expensive (300 USD). Avoid these scammers.

Quality is terrible! For the money payed It wasn't worth $60. I Paid $240 with a discount code. Sent a email and all they want to do is give me a discount on a future purchase. So why would I want that if not happy with first purchase.

Bought a 3 piece canvas for my living room

One is EXTREMELY unevenly distributed in terms of weight and is massively crooked.

When reaching out to customer service, they wanted proof which I provided but then said they cant do anything. Bringing up over and over again that they are a startup company ("please accept our flaws") . More like a failed company

Now they want me to ship it to CANADA from Germany even though it was originally shipped from London.
Pretty much saying - go to your post office and figure out that the shipping cost is higher than the product cost so eff yourself"
