Didn’t get along with the hair but the customer service was great
I didn’t get along with the nanos. My clips ins were great. The customer service was really good, Sarah dealt with my issues quickly and we came to a resolution. Shame about the nanos as if of continued using and used on clients too.

From sew ins to clip ins!
As I am having a break from my usual sew in I tried the one piece halo hair and because I have thick hair I added the topper hair piece all in golden blonde and wow it’s absolutely stunning! I do use it quite often and the quality is insane it holds curls really well and I’m happy with the hair! Arrived so quick too!

The weft is too thick
The weft is too thick. My hair is literally falling out. The hair is beautiful but the weft is too thick and heavy

To clarify, our wefts are intentionally designed this way as part of their construction to ensure durability, longevity, and a full salon finish once applied. The density and structure are standard for this type of weft and are not considered a fault or defect. I rang up to complain they said somebody would call back ,i never recived a call ,it was the worst extensions iv ever bought ,they dont lay flat i bought the ones that were silicone,they were ment to be invisible but because they send them through folded ,they lift at the edges ,dont buy the invisible silicone ones ,I did try to rectifie before leaving bad review but just ignored 🙁

As you can see from our many 5-star reviews, our customer service is something we are very proud of, and we always aim to support customers wherever possible.
Regarding the packaging, the hair is carefully wrapped in this way so that it can fit securely within the presentation box during transit. We do not normally receive complaints regarding the weft lifting at the edges, and due to the very soft and discreet nature of the weft band, this would usually settle and lay flat naturally once removed from the packaging and especially once clipped into the hair.

The quality of my 26 inches new extensions was bothering me & never has in buying extensions from Clip hair for years & years now (THEY ARE THE BEST) & i started using extentions in 1991 so I know my stuff ! We have checked the order and can confirm that there was no delivery charge applied to this purchase. The order was dispatched on time and was originally due for delivery the following day. However, the tracking information shows that the delivery date was then changed to the following day, and we can see that the parcel was successfully delivered today.
As we had not received any direct contact from you regarding a delay, we were unfortunately unaware there had been an issue. We send all orders out in good faith and rely on our courier partners to complete deliveries within the expected timeframe.

I’ve ordered a few times now from Cliphair (including many years ago). I’ve always found when I needed customer service they were very good. Quick to respond and sort things out fast. My last two orders (Tape i extensions and hair care products) were delivered super fast. The products were of good quality (The extensions lasted me 5+ months and would have gone much longer if my hair colour wasn’t now 2 shades lighter!). They are a company I would continue to use. Great quality at good prices. I would recommend.

Awful quality - super dry and frizzy
Really disappointed with these extensions. They were sold as straight hair but became dry, frizzy and wavy after washing, making them impossible to blend with naturally straight hair.
I followed all aftercare instructions and used conditioning treatments/oils, yet the quality is still awful. They looked nice before washing but clearly do not hold up. Definitely not worth the money.
I can’t speak for darker colours but if buying a blonde shade - DON’T

We would also like to reassure customers that all of our extensions are made using 100% human hair and undergo thorough quality checks before dispatch. As these are natural human hair products, each piece has its own unique characteristics prior to processing, which can sometimes result in slight variations in texture or natural movement once washed.
We do not use harsh straightening chemicals or heavy silicone coatings to artificially alter the hair texture. Because of this, straight styles may develop a slight natural wave or texture after washing, similar to natural human hair. Extensions may therefore require heat styling, such as blow drying or straightening, to maintain a sleek finish, particularly with lighter blonde shades which naturally undergo more processing during colouring.

Don't waste your time and money
After receiving our order it became obvious that they only supply silky straight hair which looked fake (we have quite frizzy/curly hair) so we returned the item and was told we couldn't have a refund as our return was unacceptable.
We opened the package but did not wear the hair but we were told by cliphair that we did! I don't like being called a liar but they think they know best. £130 for something we can't use.
Don't waste your time and money.

We would like to clarify that your return was carefully inspected upon arrival by our returns team. During this inspection, the hair was found to have been removed from the original packaging and hygiene bands, and there were also clear signs that the extensions had been handled, with the hair feeling as though products had been applied.
As outlined in our returns policy, hair extensions must be returned in the same condition they were received in order for a refund to be approved. For hygiene reasons, once the hygiene bands have been removed and the hair has been handled or exposed to products, we are unable to restock or resell the item. This policy is in place to protect all customers and is clearly stated both on our website and within the packaging.
At no stage did we intend to imply that you were being dishonest. We simply communicated the condition the item was received in following inspection, which unfortunately meant the return did not meet the requirements of our returns policy.
Your extensions will therefore be returned back to you in line with this policy.
