Good hotel fares and great customer service

I booked a hotel with them and asked for confirmation of number of beds.

Reservation ID 1227367613

I then contacted the hotel and the reservation simply does not exist (a week after the booking!).

The booking no longer appears on my booking list on their website.

And I haven't received my money back.

This is a scam!

Absolutely Disappointing – Would Not Recommend
I stayed at this hotel in June 2025, and it was a thoroughly disappointing experience from start to finish. The property is outdated, poorly maintained, and unclean. The rooms looked like they hadn’t been updated since the 1980s—worn furniture, dirty carpets, and an overall neglected feel. Worst of all, we encountered bedbugs during our stay.
My sister-in-law had booked two rooms for us about ten days in advance, but when we arrived late at night from the airport, the hotel inexplicably raised the rate to $167 per room, per night I paid a total of over $700 for two rooms for two nights, the cost was unjustifiable given the quality or lack thereof.
The so-called “breakfast” consisted of murky coffee from a questionable dispenser, overly sweet cereals, and a soggy, stale cookie. Not exactly a hospitable or hygienic start to the day.
The surrounding area is also lacking; no nearby restaurants or basic amenities (not even a McDonald’s). The place gives off more of a run-down truck stop vibe, without the cleanliness or courtesy you might expect elsewhere.
The service was apathetic at best and borderline exploitative at worst. They had no hesitation in overcharging, despite the poor conditions.
I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.
