Prompt delivery of hard to find toy

Had a problem with Amazon delivery as they didn’t try to deliver and just sent it back to sender. Spoke to clicksy and they sent me another one out by post and received it really quickly. Their customer service was brilliant.

It wasn't delivered next day even though paid for that. Then when delivered it was to the wrong address. I went door to door to find it. Found it at a block of flats. However the customer service on this is good. I have agreed to 4 stars as they are very helpful.
