Damaged expensive headphones, refund radio silence.

I received a damaged product (quite an expensive pair of headphones) that was brought as a Christmas present for our son. I contacted Clicksy.uk for a replacement or refund and they responded quickly with an offer to refund a percentage of the cost, but no return and full refund offer. I decided to decline and ask for a full refund due to the overall condition of the product not being good enough to give as a very special present. Radio silence from Clicksy.uk, I have followed up to no avail several times. I will update as I learn more, but I'm not impressed so far...

Update 8 Dec 2025: Clicksy did respond to me shortly after posting this review and offered a full refund and an apology. I have now received the funds back in my account and will amend my rating from 1 star to 3 to reflect this.
