French merchant, I was a clickcease customer for more than 18 months.

I just stop subscription and delete account.

The business model is based on people's lack of understanding of Clickcease solution.

THEY CANNOT BLOCK FRAUDULENT IPs FROM PERFORMANCE MAX CAMPAIGNS. THEY ADMIT IT.

They fully communicate on the savings made but its a major lie. They show you savings you COULD make if the detected fraudulent IPs were blocked.

But but they dont block them. They can't because Google does not allow Exclusion List for this kind of campaign.

THEY VOLUNTARILY CREATE CONFUSION BETWEEN DETECTED AND BLOCKED IPS.

I thought I saved 500€ per month since 1 year. In reality I saved 2% of that (98% was IPs detected and not blocked).

Don't trust my word, just ask them.

Had issues with the platform after 3 attempts Teo was the only adviser to offer a solution where you have to implement a manual tracking template has cost me time & money over the last month or so.

After submitting the review Click Cease have been very helpful and resolved my issue would definitely recommend to other advertisers

I use this software as an agency for my clients. I just had to set up multiple accounts at once and had to have customer service help me for quite a long time. Mario helped me on chat. In my sector, spam bots are a pain in the ***. This tool helped me a lot by giving me the ability to set a click treshold, block IP's manually, block IP ranges, automatically block fraud clicks and so on. Aleks gave me very useful tips, and I will definitely recommend to tool to anyone in the healthcare industry.

Cost of this service is nothing in regard of what the big one (can't tell who, they are very susceptible) robbed me every day ! No way I can trust their system from now. I only regret not having tried this sooner, it pains me to imagine the loss for all the previous months...
A must have even for very small traffic & budget. I can assure you that the fraud is much higher than the cost of this service every day
