Be aware with gifts - do not order from here.

I received two sweaters from my mother in law. She likes to ensure she has gifts early and as such ordered them December 14th. My son started daycare late January and she gave them to me recently as a gift to ease the transition. They unfortunately do not fit and I asked to exchange them. The customer service representative Michelle Tedesco and the manager Bonnie Huenemoerder said they would not honour an exchange as they were purchased on December 14th and only available for exchange up until the end of January. This was even after discussing they were still in the original bags with original tags on unworn. Do not buy from this online store. I have never purchased from this store (but have done a lot of online shopping). I have never had this issue before. Beware!

Terrible customer service

Would give a negative rating if I could. No longer a person to speak to, can only send emails when there are problems with orders and AI responds with a cut and paste message from their FAQs. Website is not updated. Orders are refunded due to lack of inventory yet, the same items are still available on their website.

Ordered on nov 11 2025 and after…

Ordered on nov 11 2025 and after several attempts to track order wrote to customer service, No reply. 1 week later looked at order on line only to see “cancelled dec 18.2025” company use to be awesome. Now forget it do not waste your time or money. Cleo.ca no thanks .com should be the next web site! Very poor customer service service non existent communication

Terrible Customer Service

I have been a loyal customer of Cleo's for many years. However, recent experiences have shown that the new company is not as customer-oriented as the previous one was. I ordered some items two weeks ago, and they have not been shipped yet. I have emailed a couple times, asking for an update on when the order would be shipped and have not received a response. Taking more than two weeks to ship something is unacceptable to me (when I ordered, it showed that all of the items were available). I am very disappointed in this company.

Update: I just received notice today that my order was cancelled (I didn't request this). AND there was no explanation given.
