Extremely slow website which is uneasy…

Extremely slow website which is uneasy to navigate. As a vendor, products are supposed to be up the night I make them and I put my products up for sale for 3 days and clearlydev still hasn't changed the status. Extremely awful customer service as I am still owed 20£ from the dataleak which still hasn't been sent to me despite many requests via email and tickets. Do not recommend, Payhip if the way to go.

Terrible to their sellers

They had some data loss outage and it took them 8-9 months to pay my amount back. However, 9 months later they didn’t even pay the full amount claiming that they paid some during the data loss period with no proof.

They have no respect for their sellers.

Awful seller treatment

Great for making money. Rubbish if you want to receive that money. Sellers are treated awfully with an abhorrent lack of honesty & transparency, with waits up to 1-2 months simply to receive money.

Terrible service, extremely unprofessional, no staff

I'm a vendor on the website and after the data loss we were supposedly only meant to lose all the withdrawal data (our payments) in the data loss period, but I lost nearly 100$ USD worth of sold products from MUCH before; This issue not been remedied for 4 MONTHS, every time I send an email regarding it I receive a similar response from Jeremy saying "We are working to restore these losses".... clearly not

Won't Pay Me

After the data loss, I was meant to lose all data during the period, but I have also lost all withdrawal data prior to the data loss. And they are taking their sweet time to pay it back to me, they owe around 950 AUD and everytime I email they tell me the same thing "we are going to pay you the money from the data loss period
" but dont mention the fact that im missing data from before the data loss.

I lost all my items

When i was checking out my large order (about 220 items) i got session ended and all my items got wiped. Like WTF is wrong with you it took me a long time to add all of that stuff to the cart. Im never visiting again.

Dreadful customer service

Dreadful customer service - stay away. My 14 year-old son bought a train and rails to use in Roblox and they didn't work. He used the blue button provided to contact the seller and ask for guidance on how to make them work but received no reply so I contacted the support team at ClearlyDev to ask about a refund and intially received a friendly reply from 'Jeremy' asking for a video of the products not working. My son provided this and a few days later we receved a request to send it in a different format, which we did. This began 4 months of back and forth between us - each time we provided what we had been asked for a reply came back that we needed to provide something more - proof of purchase, ID numbers, screenshots. We were told that a data outage had lost all trace of the purchases and then they were found again. We provided more details.16 messagees later, 'Jeremy' told us there could be no refund as 14 days had passed since the purchases. We had contacted them on the day of purchase. It was only £18, which is nothing to ClearlyDev but a significant amount of my son's pocket money. Very disappointing - I'd recommend steering clear of these people if you can.

Great idea

Great idea, but the website is really slow and payouts take ages as a seller. Also after the data loss customers have stopped purchasing my products as much as they did before.

amazing, but their support is bad

Horrible Support, Refuses to give back products. Support team claimed i did not spend over £200 on products despite there being proof of it, avoid this website at all costs, you will not get your products nor your money back, The website has clearly become scummy

Love the site

Love the site! Only thing is that the website is buggy, like i cant see my orders for 4 days already, and the analytics are buggy too. The 1 star reviews (trustpilot) on this are bs, unexperienced people not knowing how to use roblox studio.

Am very disappointed.. 😔

Am pissed of like really, I sent a support message and never got a reply. Plus I uploaded my own products and they rejected it for some type of "copyright" when its completely main- I was really sad about this since when I buy its a 5 star but when i want to sell its 1. Am sorry clearly dev but am being honest you need to get a new support team also discord tickets and stuff cause its very slow. Plus it shouldn’t take 24 hrs to review a product. So please update your support system and copyright detection. Thanks you.
