I am absolutely delighted with the oak bed I purchased,
really great quality and unbelievably good value for money. Beautiful design, looks far more expensive than it actually was. Arrived well packed and had excellent communication with the delivery company.

I bought a reclining loveseat from ClearCycle via eBay. It was described as grade B with some scuffs and marks on it.
When it arrived, if I hadn't been told it was 2nd hand, I'd have sworn it was brand new!
It looked brand new, smelled new, and was so well wrapped.
The delivery guys were top drawer. It was a struggle to get the chair into my house, but they didn't give up.
I'll definitely be back for more furniture from ClearCycle and will be recommending them!

Purchased Dusk king-size ottoman on 12th December. Received 20th December.

Same day of order requested address change. Response same day saying it's done.

After ordering, realised it said "good refurb" so I started panicking and checked trust pilot and started panicking more looking at the reviews 🤣🤣

The only issue I had, which isn't even an issue, was that the delivery company couldn't find my box in the van. Realised old postcode was on box but new postcode on the delivery address.
Got tracking and a phone call about 30 mins before they arrived.

Put bed together on my own, came with clear instructions and nicely packed bits. Only needed help holding the frame up to screw into pistons.
As it's a fabric base in the ottoman, removed the legs since I'm putting heavy stuff inside.

Bed looks great, actually looks brand new. If I didn't read the "refurb" description, I wouldn't have known.

Had a small issue but it was immediately resolved with an excellent customer services.

I bought dfs coffee table they described as used category B but was literally new item I opened all packages my self.very happy with my purchase
I bought dining chairs from them, they described cat BC ,I didn’t find any thing wrong in them.
I bought dining table from them.there was a minor issue which was resolved promptly

Bought a beautiful Arighi Bianchi Shanxi cabinet at a great price
Communications were excellent with ClearCycle and delivery couldn’t fault
We had one slight issue, which though not impacting the experience, was resolved promptly by Customer Service manager Ashley who was very supportive and resolved 100%

Great service ,product great quality delivery spot on , very happy customer.

I have used clearcycle many times over the last few years to purchase sofas, beds and some oak furniture.
The prices have been excellent with most items having little to no damage. Delvery can take a week or so but for the bargains to be had I don't mind.
They say you only know how good a company is when you have a problem and that is true.
I have had to contact clearcycle on a few occasions with their customer service responding promptly and politely on each occasion.
The only reason for deducting one star is I would like there to be more photos of any damage on their adverts, rather than a generic description, as I recently had to send a present back after ordering a coffee table for a friend only for it to have substantial damage to two corners. Collection was made promptly it was just embarrassing with it being a present 😕.
One of our daughters is in the process of getting a house and now also has clearcycle in her favourites, watching out for bargains 👍😁

I made an order for two furniture items that I subsequently realised would likely not fit - I found I was able to easily message and get helpful responses until I confirmed I would need to cancel my order.
