I recently spoke with Roshan regarding our card payment services and broadband setup for Saffron Restaurant, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Dealing with utility and merchant services can usually be quite stressful, but Roshan was exceptionally thoughtful, patient, and easy to talk to. Good if you get past the massive hurdles they put in your way
I'd like to separate out the very good customer service I received from the actual human we eventually reached after two different people from my organisation tried to speak with Clear Business from the terrible AI and Automated services which they tried to use to filter us out before receiving actual customer service. Once we reached a person who knew what they were doing, their advice was clear and helpful. The rest of the service seemed designed to prevent us from accessing actual help.

Been with clear business for years now. Very happy with the service. Always there and able to solve any problems. Thankfully I’ve had very few over the time with them.
